Location: HYBRID - Onsite wed/thur at One Park Ave, New York, NY, 10016
Duration: PERM
Working Hours: 9am-5pm
Salary: $87k-$100k

D2D: Insight Global is seeking a Capital Sourcing Specialist to support one of the largest academic medical centers in New York. This role manages the full lifecycle of capital sourcing and contracting activities, from request intake through execution, while serving as the primary sourcing point of accountability throughout each capital project. The Specialist partners closely with internal teams including Data Management, Purchasing, Clinical Supply Chain, Planning & Operations, and Value Analysis, as well as external stakeholders such as Clinical Engineering and Real Estate Development & Facilities. Working under general direction from the Sourcing Manager, this individual leads supplier negotiations, performs detailed contract review and redlining, analyzes terms and conditions, identifies cost-savings and strategic sourcing opportunities, maintains contract governance tools, supports RFPs, and drives process improvements, while also providing guidance to Contract Administrators and ensuring strong stakeholder alignment.
Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of experience in a strategic sourcing/procurement role within a healthcare/clinical product environment
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing/procurement process end to end
Plusses:
- Capital or periop sourcing experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) or other recognized certification
- Peoplesoft experience
$87,000 to $100,000 per year annual salary.
