Structural-Builders & Restorations (S-BR) is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial projects throughout South Florida. This role is responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating labor and materials, enforcing safety compliance, and ensuring work is executed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Our projects often involve high-rise buildings, occupied structures, and complex access conditions requiring the use of swing stages, scaffolding systems, aerial lifts, and other engineered access equipment. Key Responsibilities
The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Supervise day-to-day field operations

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce fall protection protocols

• Experience working at heights and with access systems such as lifts, scaffolds, and swing stages
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
• Knowledge of South Florida building codes and permitting processes preferred

- Attend a Pre-Construction meeting with the Sr. PM and the subcontractor foreman to assign scopes of work, release purchase orders, and obtain contract signatures
- Create bills for subcontractor draws, paid for work completed
- Verify wall layouts for subcontractors to ensure precision and accuracy
- Mark punch-out lists for subcontractors and ensure all discrepancies are corrected before final inspections
- Conduct weekly Toolbox Talks & Project Pulse meetings
- Conduct Quality Control Walks as project progresses, ensuring all subcontractors meet quality standards
Site Oversight & Supervision
- Ensure proper equipment and tools are available and onsite for project completion
- Monitor construction progress and enforce adherence to schedules, identifying, and addressing potential delays proactively
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, enforcing cleanliness among subcontractors
- Implement and uphold Supreme Builders’ safety policies, ensuring all workers wear the necessary protective gear
Quality Control & Compliance

Communication & Documentation

This position is responsible for providing program support for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) BUILDER Sustainment Management Systems (SMS) program. This position will use to develop detailed building reports describing condition of building systems and their major components. These reports will be used to plan and prioritize the sustainment activities and funding for a large portfolio of healthcare facilities. DHA utilizes BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS). BUILDER SMS is a web-based software application developed to assist engineers, project planners, and facility managers in making decisions on investment strategies for repair and replacement of building equipment and systems.
Essential Functions:
- Use existing data to develop reports that inform planners of current building conditions.
- Develop broad scopes of work for replacement of existing equipment.
- Develop projects for facility rehabilitation. Projects will vary in size and scope.
- Assist in assessment of structural elements and foundations.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller will play a key role in overseeing the accounts payable, accounting, accounts receivable, tax compliance, and treasury functions for the ~ 70 Schell Brothers entities spread across multiple lines of business. The
Controller must collaborate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, tax advisors, payroll support, and other third parties. Finally, the Controller will be responsible for special projects assigned by the CFO, as we continue our finance transformation journey.
This position requires a technically proficient financial leader with a focus on ensuring accurate financial reporting, driving efficiency, and process improvement. A successful candidate will manage month-end and year-end close processes, lead the annual audit, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
Operational Accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounting, & Accounts Receivable)
- Oversee day-to-day operational accounting activities with an initial focus on managing the corporate accounts payable team.
- Responsible for reviewing new arrangements/contracts, including joint ventures, and creating the relevant accounting procedures.
- Responsible for monthly accounting at the execution level for our land holding line of business and will assist the CFO, as needed, and the monthly accounting for certain entities outside of our consolidated financial reporting group.
- Lead the implementation of a new expense management system (i.e. employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit cards).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Responsible for reviewing open accounts receivable balances and following up with the customer, when applicable.
Month-End Close and Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, with a goal of shortening our month-end close process.
- Responsible for recording elimination entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, as requested by either the CFO or executive management.

The Epic Clinical Systems Analyst III is responsible for the implementation, development, programming and overall support of the clinical systems. The Epic Clinical Systems Analysts III will work closely with the vendor and end‐users to develop and enhance the software to increase overall needs of the organization. They are also responsible for thoroughly testing all system upgrades, system changes prior to go‐live and work with the end‐users to test and determine the impact on workflow, reporting, etc. of the upgrade/change. The Epic Clinical Analyst III will be responsible for the coordination of test plans, engaging the end users in the development of test plans, documenting changes/updates to the test plan and making necessary changes to the system. They will act as a liaison between the end‐user community and the IT department. They will hold a leadership role among Epic builders by training new staff and giving guidance to other Epic builders. This person is capable of managing to a project plan. They are responsible for elevating identified critical issues or refer problems of unusual complexity to other teams or a manager of clinical applications. They are responsible for monitoring Magic queue and assigning delegates for work completion. They will lead cross functional meetings (invitations, agendas, facilitate meeting discussions, ensure follow‐ups, and provide minutes. Etc.)
Education, License & Cert:
• BS, BA in health care related field or business.
• Epic certification in area of concentration
Experience:
• 5 years as an Epic Builder with progressively receiving more responsibility and management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business field or Associate Degree and 10 years’ relevant health care experience
• Must have worked through two Epic major releases or 2 Epic go‐lives (or combination thereof)

7. Ability to understand the national and state HIT direction and this positions role to help organization achieve its goals
8. Ability to lead groups of clinicians including medical staff, nurses, and pharmacists is preferred
9. Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and provide analysis and propose change and communicate strategies.
10. Ability to develop and execute project presentations.
