You'll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you'll coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace. Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Provide training and create a positive work environment to help employees reach their highest potential in quality and productivity.
- Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee employee performance and offer constructive feedback, both positive and corrective.

As a chicken catcher, you will need to catch certain amount of birds and know the proper placement techniques with birds being put into the cages.
EXPECTED RESULTS:

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES
- Acquire and put on all required PPE (Safety glasses, safety vest, gloves (optional), arm sleeves (optional)).
- Perform routine stretches before starting daily duties.
- Walk the house (bed the birds)
- Wait for cage to be set on blocks
- Open cage door
- Catch correct amount of birds
- Load birds in cage one hand at a time.
- Repeat process until cage is full.
- After proper amount of birds placed in cage, shut the cage door
Pay: Up to $26/hour
Hours : 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, overtime as needed
