Position Overview:
The Affiliate & Display Manager is responsible for managing UNIQLO USA’s performance marketing across affiliate channels and programmatic display platforms. This role plays a key part in driving customer acquisition, nurturing publisher relationships, optimizing spend efficiency, and ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow UNIQLO’s affiliate marketing program across content, loyalty, influencer, and technology partners.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience managing affiliate programs and/or programmatic display campaigns. Experience with Rakuten Linkshare, Partnerize, and/or Commission Junction is a plus
- Experience working with affiliate networks, attribution tools, and DSP platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with affiliate partner types (e.g., content, loyalty, influencer, subnetwork) and associated strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, both internally and externally.

Focuses on production, quality and people. Identifies, investigates and works to solve problems that arise. Works closely with department employees and reports any issues to Ricotta Production Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.1. Ensures department is running in a smooth and efficient manner.2. Assist operators in set up and start of production.3. Ensures quality control checks are being performed by the departmental employees.4. Verifies proper recipes are being used for production.5. Completes and maintains appropriate paperwork/reports.6. Verifies operator logs each hour with signature.7. Verifies that moisture checks are being performed on all lots.8. Tours entire room on a half-hour basis.9. Ensures sufficient manpower is scheduled for next day's activities. Make adjustments if necessary.10. Ensure that there are sufficient supplies (salt, stabilizer, Vitamin A, etc.) for the day.11. Maintains employee records including attendance, and write-ups as needed. 12. Maintains an open line of communication with all employees in ricotta department.13. Identify, investigate and work to solve any problems that arise in the department. 14. Ensure all department employees adhere to all GMP and QC policies when in the plant and surrounding environments.

- Design and Development Oversight: Ensure that project designs meet all engineering criteria and deliver project objectives effectively and efficiently. Oversee the creation of detailed engineering documents including studies, calculations, drawings, plans and specifications.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with equipment vendors to obtain and evaluate competitive proposals. Prepare purchase requisitions, review project-related engineering documentation for code compliance, and schedule equipment deliveries to meet project timelines.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all equipment and construction adhere to relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including FDA, BRC, OSHA, and EPA requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, Operations, R&D, IT, Quality, Sanitation, Health & Safety, Legal, and other departments to integrate engineering solutions into broader company initiatives.
- Field Installation and Commissioning: Oversee contractors and manage the field installation of processing systems. Ensure that equipment and workmanship meet or exceed project requirements, prepare reports, and manage change orders from start-up through commissioning.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests or Pre-Delivery Inspections at suppliers' sites as needed. Coordinate equipment start-up, commissioning, and training to ensure optimal performance.
- Safety Leadership: Promote and support safety protocols for contractors and team members on all projects.
- Flexibility: Be available for travel and extended or off-hours work as required by project demands.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, ensuring they align with the engineering focus of the role.

The Strategic Sourcing Manager US Comanufacturing, is an active member of the Purchasing Team North America (NA), participates in sharing purchasing excellence and strategies, supporting teamwork, joint learning and development initiatives. The incumbent will lead the North American sourcing strategy initiatives for an assigned Category. Under the guidance of the Associate Director procurement - US Comanufacturing, will assist in the execution of a supply strategy for managing Lactalis' US Comanufacturing network and will provide local support to Yogurt Business units across USA and Canada . This position will be expected to provide a high level of service and support for internal stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of affiliate business needs, providing detailed analysis of spend data and financial results, playing a key role in supplier relationship and performance management, and by providing necessary support for new product innovation and supply chain sustainability. This position will also be responsible for ensuring connectivity between Lactalis Yogurt business units' functions (Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Finance, PMO, Marketing, etc.) and the broader Lactalis North America Purchasing organization. The focus of this position will be primarily in support for yogurt -related co manufacturing activities in the United States.

- Develop supplier relationships to optimize supplier quality and performance, including continuous improvement, innovation, and reduction in total cost of ownership to add value to North America region. Responsible for supplier quality and supplier contract compliance with respect to the category managed.
- Perform administrative duties such as tracking cost savings initiatives, providing monthly status reports vs. objective targets reviewing and validating pricing and communicating the pricing to master data for upload.

The microbiology Lab Tech II supports the plant by promptly plating and reading samples all throughout the cheese-making process in a high-volume environment while maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked lab.

* Pick up samples at various locations throughout the plant and sort them for plating.
* Prepare samples for plating: weighing, diluting, stomaching, heating, etc.
* Prepare media: buffer, agar, broth, etc.
* Perform various plating methods: petrifilm, filtration, pour plate, direct plate, streaking, MPN.
* Read and accurately record various types of plates.
* Data entry: samples plated, tests performed, record results in various spreadsheets
* Communicate results to plant management via email, phone, face to face.
* Quality checks: temperatures on various equipment, autoclave sterilization, media pH, etc.
* Lab cleanup at the end of shift and various cleaning throughout the month.
* Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
