Summary

We’re expanding our West Coast sales presence and are open to conversations with high-performing sellers with 4+years of experience. This Los Angeles-based role will focus on driving revenue across:

• Publicis
• Direct clients
• Omnicom Media Group (OMG)
• Independent agencies

(Open to strategic carve-outs based on existing relationships and strengths.)

We are a remote-first team that comes together intentionally — for team work sessions, industry events, and a little well-earned entertainment along the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect, pitch, and close new business across agencies and direct brands
• Leverage and expand relationships within Publicis, OMG, and independent agencies
• Develop and execute strategic account plans across the West Coast
• Partner with internal teams to build AI-driven contextual solutions across CTV, YouTube, Open Web, and social platforms (TikTok, Meta)
• Translate complex technology into clear, outcome-driven narratives
• Consistently exceed revenue targets
• Maintain strong forecasting and pipeline discipline

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of advertising sales experience (programmatic, CTV, Open Web, and/or social preferred)
• Strong West Coast relationships within Publicis, OMG, independents, and/or direct brands
• Experience selling across CTV, Open Web, and social environments (TikTok, Meta a plus)
• Hunter mentality with executive presence
• Comfortable operating independently in a semi-remote environment
• Willingness to travel across the West Coast and to NYC (HQ) as needed
