The sales representative is responsible Coordinate with local manufacturer’s representatives to accomplish goals and objectives. Create and identify new market opportunities. Responsible to oversee specification activity through Roofing Consultants, Architects, Engineers and all other influencing parties. Roofing contractor account management to include bid returns, receivables, territory coverage. Establish and manage key owner relationships and activities within territory. Provide weekly, monthly sales activity reports. Assess project pricing including general pricing directives. Box lunch seminar presentations. Sample, literature presentation. Specification writing. Follow company environmental and safety policies. Understand the client and building owner needs. Oversee partners (installers) and owner’s sales daily, monthly, and yearly. Travel required up to 80% for internal meetings and client sites. Telecommuting is permitted 100% of the time.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Position Sika Sarnafil as a company that provides quality products and service
• Sales of all Sika Sarnafil Roofing and Waterproofing systems to meet agreed upon budget and gross margin objectives

Sika is looking for a Technical Service Representative to join its growing team in the Kansas City, Missouri area. The TSR is responsible for monitoring the installation of Sika Sarnafil Roof Systems to ensure correct application procedures are followed. This is an outdoor position that requires extensive traveling to job sites. This individual performs warranty inspections and conducts training sessions for roofing contractor personnel. This position reports to the Regional Technical Manager.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Training of applicators to properly and efficiently install Sika Sarnafil roofing and waterproofing systems in an effort to ensure quality and contractor profitability. Provide training to others as needed.
• Overseeing the application process by attending job starts and performing in-progress project visits to monitor and enforce proper installation. Assure that application is in accordance with good roofing practices and Sarnafil specifications through documentation with field reports. Help to resolve installation problems and issues as they arise.
• Conducting final inspections for technical acceptance for warranty issuance.
• Act as the liaison between the applicator, General contractor, consultant, architect, building owner, and Sarnafil during the installation process.
• Advising Technical Manager concerning progress, issues, problems project needs.
• Assist Sales and others with pre-job meetings, roof surveys, and warranty claim issues.
• Following up on leak and warranty claim calls, and complete necessary Sarnafil repairs as needed.
• Inspection of existing Sarnafil roofs for warranty transfers, warranty extensions, and annual inspections.
  
  

• High School Diploma, preferably Associate degree
• 2-5 years of work experience in the roofing industry
• Technical knowledge of single-ply roof membrane installation, ideally Sarnafil
• Good written and verbal communication skills

This individual will be responsible for the fulfillment of receiving, processing, shipping and completing customer purchase orders for Sika Roofing products and services. This position is a HIGH LEVEL customer service role that acts as an account manager / project manager to our valued customers. In addition, this individual will support the region with projects that further improve operational service to customers.

• Utilizing the Sales and Distribution module of SAP. Follow and remain proficient in procedures to enter and manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders. This position will be responsible for servicing all accounts located in the South-West Region.
• Help coordinate all materials to deliver to jobsites and help our valued customers manage their roofing projects from beginning to end
• Monitor SAP generated back order lists, open billing lists, scheduled picking and shipping lists, etc., to fulfill and stay ahead of customer’s orders and related needs

This position contributes to the manufacturing process of Stucco, EIFS, Grouts, and other products. Sets up, start-up/shut down, loads and generally operate production equipment/machinery. Receive and follow instructions from Production Lead/Production Supervisor.

• Operate various equipment in the manufacture of products, including mixer, palletizer, and bagger
• Follow specific instructions for production quantities and times
• Perform quality control initiatives and coordinate manufacturing efforts
• Conduct daily visual inspections of machinery and surrounding area
• Monitor and adjust control panels as needed
• Operate forklift to load/unload raw materials and finished products

• Installs, repairs, and maintains electrical systems and components using schematics and/or wiring diagrams according to current National Electrical Code requirements.

This position is responsible for assisting Welding Fitters, Master Fitters, Forepersons, and Manufacturing Supervision staff as directed in the manufacture and assembly of metallic products supplied to the construction industry. More specifically, assist in fitting sub-assemblies as instructed, including but not limited to, tie downs, straightening, grinding, and stud welding on strip seal steel rails, using hand tools, overhead cranes, and welding equipment. Attention to safety and quality is essential to this position.

Salary Range: $24 - $27 an hour based on education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.

• High school diploma or equivalency required, additional course work with emphasis on welding preferred.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and other written instructions.

• Visit cement plants, building strong relationship with the cement market.

As a dispenser technician you will provide field service to the concrete admixture sales team in the installation and support of dispensing equipment at customer locations; troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary. Specific Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations to maintain and install dispensing equipment; including electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing components.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in either Whitefish, MT or Bozeman, MT. Qualifications

• Experience with flat roofing to include EPDM/TPO/PVC and other specialty project materials preferred
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry (OSHA)

Responsible for various accounting duties including: monthly closing entries, general ledger analysis and payroll processing.

• Manage the implementation, interpretation and administration of established HR policies and programs; assist in keeping employees informed of HR policies; counsel with and coach employees and management of HR policies, performance, complaints, and other matters.
• Manage cost effective recruitment and selection activities to ensure a pool of qualified candidates for every open position
• Manage salary administration programs including merit increases, promotions, budget forecasts, performance appraisals, etc.; maintain all related records.
• Manage and coordinate separations from employment; conduct exit interviews.
• Manage the development and maintenance of all employee records, files, and related reports in conformance with all legal and internal company requirements.
• Work with supervision/management on appropriate employee corrective action, documentation and terminations.
• Partner with the benefits team on FMLA Leaves and all other leaves of absence, including tracking return from leave for employees.
• Manage Worker’s Compensation claim in partnership with WC carrier, including tracking, reporting and management communication.
• Ensure vacations or other time off is recorded and is according to policy
• Manage Time and Attendance data to be submitted to Corporate payroll.
• Develops, recommends and implements new and innovative approaches and policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the HR department and services performed
• Work with all departments on company culture initiatives, including internal communication, recognition and celebrations, succession planning and internal promotions.
• Stays current on all state, federal, and local employment related legislation and regulations as well as human resources industry trends.

Salary: $105,000- $120,000 plus bonus and profit sharing, commensurate with education and experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of Human Resource Management experience.
• Must have knowledge of State and Local Municipality labor laws, wage and hour guidelines, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, and other related Federal and State regulations.
• Candidate should be detail oriented and have exceptional multi-tasking, organization, prioritization, and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with little supervision, taking initiative to support business goals.
• Ability to hold confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors platform or correlated HRIS system
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• PHR or SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, certification preferred

• Responsibility and authority to stop production to correct quality problems.

Responsibilities & Opportunities

Sika is looking for experienced Machine Operator to join it’s growing team in Gastonia, NC.

This position will assist the shift supervisor in coordinating the work of production employees involved in production activities. Requires knowledge of manufacturing processes and product. Operates manufacturing line. Requires the ability to vary prescribed operating conditions as necessary to produce quality parts. Changes and adjust operating conditions to maintain proper quality.

Other Duties include:

1. To operate one or more of the following: the mixing system; calendar; press; hot melt; embosser 1, 2, and 3; anti-sticking agent unit; adhesive unit 1 and 2; U.V. unit; magnetizing unit
2. To start up the hot oil heater and water chillers
3. Perform quality testing; make corrections for out-of-spec conditions
4. Ensure production scheduled to adhered to
5. Assist in training new production employees
6. Perform some maintenance on the press and report any needed repairs on the machines
7. Assist in labeling and packing parts
   
   

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 months-1 year related manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of metric system, computer literate, able to operate a forklift, and able to read and write

Sika is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join its growing team in the Canton, MA area for our Roofing business.

The A Shift Supervisor will support a team of 10 Machine Operators and will work 6am- 6pm Su, Mon, Tues and every other Wednesday.

Salary Range: $30 - $35/hour with a 10% shift differential based on education, experience and qualifications of the applicant

• Assign responsibilities to employees and oversee their development
• Ensure that employees are operating in a safe manner and that they adhere to all Sika, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
• Periodically audit employees on their job functions and work with them to help develop their skills
• Work with management and engineering regarding coordination of raw material and process equipment trials
• Submit work orders to the Fiix CMMS system and follow through with verbal communication to maintenance technicians regarding said work orders
• Ensure that all team members are engaged in Sika Safe
• Collect daily production sheets from the Lead Operator, Mixer Operator, and Extruder Operator and document them accordingly. Reconcile any variations in MES system
• Work with quality assurance to ensure that the membrane produced meets all ASTM and local guidelines
• Foster a positive work environment through active communication and transparency with employees
• Communicate the daily/weekly production schedule with team in mandatory daily shift starter meetings
• Encourage team to maintain clean work areas using 6S principles
• Meet regularly with Production Manager and planning team to ensure that the proper materials/resources are in place for successful, on-time manufacturing
• Communicate daily results to the management team through shift report email
  
  

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in continuous manufacturing
• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficient in computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Some experience using SAP or ERP system recommended
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
• The ability to coordinate product changeover on short notice
• Some extrusion, spreadcoating, and/or dry blending knowledge is preferred
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to stand for extended durations
