Responsibilities:

Works with computer numeric controlled (CNC) heavy machinery from setup to operation to produce parts and tools from metal. May operate other machinery to include horizontal boringmill and CNC vertical and horizontal lathes.

• Performs layouts, sets up, machine tools as required.
• Review blueprints, drawings, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of part/product, sequence of operations and/or set up requirements.
• Reads and interprets all drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerance.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines

Purpose

As we continue to grow and invest in our people, ACME is seeking a Senior CNC Lathe Machinist, responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes and other machining equipment in a production environment.

This role serves as a technical lead within the machining team, supporting part development, optimizing machining processes, and ensuring production quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimizeCNC programs for lathe operations to support new and existing production parts
• Lead setup, prove-out, and first article runs for new and repeat jobs
• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and broaches in a production environment

Job Overview: The rewind operator is responsible for the operation of an inspection machine/slitter and/or rewind tabletop machine, assuring quality labels are sent to the customer.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures.
• Read job ticket carefully before setting up and running machine.
• Input job order information into the computer; set specifications on the machine (measurement accuracy and attention to detail required).
• Attach slitting blades to machine when necessary.
• Inspect and remove all defects, properly re-splice the roll, stamp each role.

• View labels with assistance of strobe light.
