Job Specific Duties

  • Creates detailed planning reports and analyses to support organizational strategic decision-making, providing data, visuals, and graphics that support strategic initiatives.
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive records of occupancy decisions and planning schedules to facilitate proactive decision-making and support long-term facility growth and timely project execution.
  • Collaborates with teams on site selection and evaluation to enable the strategic placement of facilities.
  • Carefully prepares detailed agendas to ensure productive discussions, schedules, and leads routine Space Planning and Space Planning Committee meetings with a focus on collaboration and strategic decision-making.   • Regularly reviews and updates space planning policies to align with organizational goals and evolving needs.

  • Leads and coordinates, at times with 3rd party consultants, the development of feasibility studies and programming assessments to determine the most effective use of space for leadership approval.

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field (OR) 10 years of related work experience
  • More than 10 years of experience in project management and/or healthcare planning and design

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

The Role:

As the Assistant Therapist Supervisor, you will lead the therapists and links, promoting AIRE service excellence, encouraging continuous improvement, skill development, and upholding company operational and people standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Service Control

Create and adjust Therapist & Links schedules during the shift, managing role assignments, real-time changes, absences, and clock corrections according to SOP.

Oversee the coordination between Therapists and the Bath Area to ensure services begin on time, rooms are prepared, and the guest journey flows seamlessly.

Role Overview

  • Analyzes customer releases, ensure accurate data transfer among internal teams, customers, and suppliers as needed
  • Daily System/SAP maintenance, data entry, and strategic use of SAP to ensure Grammer goals are met in addition to departmental and company continuous improvement.
  • Analyze production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority.
  • Collaborate with Production team members to determine overdue material and parts and to inform necessary parties of current or potential challenges in material flow/supply.
  • Proactively align cross-functionally to expedite efficient movement of materials within the facility to ensure utilization of best practices and reduction of waste.
  • Examines materials received, verifies material/parts numbers and checks discrepancies such as damaged or unmarked parts.
  • Monthly analysis and reporting of supplier delivery and customer delivery performance.
  • Interfaces with suppliers and customers as needed to ensure smooth and accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate and track shipments with transportation companies as well as navigate Customs.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and assist in investigating and providing solutions for inventory discrepancies.
  • Other duties assigned by management or duties necessary to maintain smooth operations of the company.


What you will bring along:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Commercial vehicle manufacturing experience or experience in a related manufacturing facility /industry
  • Experience with ISO9000
  • Excellent analytical, prioritization, organization, and communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • SAP knowledge/experience developed through regular use
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and to pivot as needed when urgent matters arise
  • Proven ability to solve practical and complex problems and an analytical and strategic mindset
  • Ability to frequently walk the facility to audit/count material, lift/move up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
