Internship Summary
The Customer Success Intern will support the Customer Success team in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, operational performance, and account support. This internship provides hands-on exposure to supply chain operations, customer relationship management, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Customer Success Managers with daily account management activities
- Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and issue resolution times
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Pay Range: $59,700 - $65,000
YOUR ROLE
This role is responsible for the day-to-day account execution activities (including order management, reporting/analysis, inventory management, SLA performance management, project management. This role supports an onsite, national, wireless customer.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Interface on behalf of the customer and the commercial organization to internal support functions including operations, IT, and finance.
- Responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and communicating functional and technical requirements of the client service portfolio to the appropriate cross-functional organizations in order to ensure delivery against all customer SLA’s.
- This position is responsible for managing moderately complex to highly complex service solution delivery and program management and will lead the implementation of proposed/new solutions and execution of key customer projects.
- Work with account leadership on business transformation projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery solutions improving overall program and financial performance.

Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to close sales. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
Provide forecasts on best case and sales volumes over relevant time periods. Give sales presentations, submit opportunities, and submit activity and results reports to leadership.
Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the products, services and operations offered by the company. Interact regularly with station and operations managers and develop close and cooperative working relationships with operational staff to ensure customer’s needs are met.
Schedule and conduct a pre-determined number of face-to-face sales visits as directed by the sales or station management.
Input sales call information into the sales data system or other designated sales call software provided by the company and/or provides sales reports as directed by sales or station management.
Maintain a pre-determined number of target accounts and demonstrate active attention to those accounts and progress toward closing. Meet or exceed sales threshold/quota as defined by the company.
Work cooperatively with other sales and operational staff to support a team-selling environment.

Reading pick tickets and accurately pull stock for packing finished goods and other materials for shipment to customers, vendors, etc.
Making boxes, filling boxes with product and needed filler, sealing boxes, and recording quantities and weights on Bill of Lading and/or pick tickets.
Transporting packed orders to shipping area.
Using special shipping materials when needed such as pallets, banding, shrink wrapping, and the like to ensure product will arrive to customer in proper condition.
Maintaining knowledge of products, models, and SKU numbers.

Alerting the Shipping Manager to any problems creating shipping delays, including but not limited to supply needs, and assisting towards a resolution in order to keep shipments current and maintain schedules.
Preparing stencils and instructions for shipments.
Accurately checking products to be shipped against shipping orders to ensure the proper amounts and correct items are shipped.
Maintaining all necessary clerical records pertinent to the function.
Hand-counting and weighing items accurately as needed.
Assisting in loading and unloading of trucks.
Repairing, as able, any machine malfunction and report malfunction to the Shipping Manager and/or Production Manager.
Requesting quotes for overseas shipments from various shipping sources, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
Maintaining expert knowledge of the equipment used in the shipping area.
Perform errands (such as transporting items to post office, UPS, etc.) in a motor vehicle if required.
Use a computer to ship orders.
Maintaining knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
Other duties as assigned by the Shipping Manager or Production Manager.

* Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle
* Drive trucks with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 lbs.

* Ensure trailer hitch is properly and securely attached to the tractor unit
* Transport goods, livestock, etc. from the place of origin to assigned destination

They will Exercise utmost care handling and processing parcels to ensure timely, accurate tendering to the USPS or third party carrier within 12 hours of manifesting at the site.

Primary Responsibilities Support the collection of data and analyze for regulatory reporting; coordinate and develop reports and assessment tools to verify compliance.

Participate in internal audits.

Maintain consistent QA processes and documentation.

Education / Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
2--4 years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
