Job Description:

Rite-Hiteshippers/receivers are responsible for the timely and professional receiving of incoming materials and/or to support the shipping function as directed. Shippers/receivers must be able to stage, load and execute shipments, safely and efficiently. They must communicate problems and/or delays with members of production, purchasing, and planning. They have to effectively and efficiently receive and unload product. They need to have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Experience:

Rite-Hitemakes top quality products and hires the most qualified employees to contribute to that. This position requires a high school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to obtain a Rite-Hite Class 2 fork truck license. Prior JDE experience is preferred.

Summary: As a Business Analyst, you have experience managing and understanding 3rd party retail platforms (Walmart, etc.) and their respective portals. Major Responsibilities and Duties:


Instructional Strategies

1. Collaborate with students, parents, and other members of staff to develop IEP through the ARD Committee process for each student assigned.


2. Implement an instructional, therapeutic, or skill development program for assigned students and show written evidence of preparation as required.


3. Conduct assessment of student learning styles. Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of students assigned.


4. Present subject matter effectively and according to guidelines established by IEP. Employ a variety of instructional techniques and media including technology to meet the needs and capabilities of each student assigned


5. Work cooperatively with classroom teachers to modify regular curricula as needed and assist special education students in regular classes with assignments.


6. Participate in ARD Committee meetings on a regular basis.


7. Participate in selection of books, equipment, and other instructional media.


Student Growth and Development


8. Conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement through formal and informal testing.


9. Provide or supervise personal care, medical care, and feeding of students as stated in IEP.


10. Assume responsibility for extracurricular activities as assigned. Sponsor outside activities approved by campus principal.


11. Consult district and outside resource people regarding education, social, medical, and personal needs of students.


Classroom Management and Organization


12. Create classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.


13. Manage student behavior and administer discipline including intervening in crisis situations and physically restraining students as necessary according to IEP.


14. Consult with classroom teachers regarding management of student behavior according to IEP.


15. Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.


16. Plan and assign the work of teacher aide(s) and volunteer(s) and oversee completion.

17. Establish and maintain open communication by conducting conferences with parents, students, principals, and teachers.


18. Maintain professional relationships with parents, students, and colleagues.


19. Participate in staff development activities to improve job-related skills.


20. Keep informed of and comply with federal, state, district, and school regulations and policies for special education teachers.


21. Compile, maintain, and file all physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents required.


22. Attend and participate in faculty meetings and serve on staff committees as required.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for managing incoming shipments, including temperature checks, accurate logging, and proper storage or distribution of goods. This role ensures all loading docks are covered based on daily delivery schedules and supports inventory management, food safety, and compliance. On non-delivery days helping oversee daily operations and coordination with other team leads.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Perform and log temperature checks of all perishable goods upon arrival, following HACCP guidelines and company standards.
  • Store food and supplies in proper containers and designated storage areas according to safety and spoilage-prevention protocols.
  • Inventory and maintain necessary food and supply levels for uninterrupted Food Service operations.
  • Date, label, and rotate stock per company guidelines, ensuring oldest inventory is used first (FIFO).
  • Order food and supplies per product specifications using company-approved procedures and ordering systems.
  • Safeguard and secure storage areas, chemicals, equipment, and supplies to prevent theft or accidents.
  • Transport food and supplies using proper containers and/or vehicles to maintain integrity during transit.
  • Adjust daily location and responsibilities based on delivery schedules to ensure all loading docks are covered.
  • Supervise and lead morning team operations when shipments are not scheduled, fulfilling lead-level responsibilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of dock and storage areas.
  • Identify and report maintenance or repair needs for all related equipment.
  • Complete all assigned reports (daily, weekly, monthly) in a timely and accurate manner per company policies.
  • Use cleaning chemicals and tools in accordance with manufacturer instructions and safety protocols (MSDS).
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with other leads, team members, and supervisors to ensure operational continuity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
