The Warehouse Associate will be based out of our Chatsworth, CA location. This is a entry-level position at a globally leading LED display manufacturer.

The Warehouse Associate receives shipments and restocks orders, ships orders to customers, and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space. Prospective candidates will work as part of a team to deliver the highest quality of products to clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Signs for factory deliveries of company products.
• Organizes and restocks products in the warehouse.
• Processes and packages orders.
• Operates forklift and other machinery needed to transport heavy items around the warehouse.
• Inspects all goods being shipped and received, reporting and defective or damaged items

Summary: Works closely with contract Pullet or Breeder producers to produce the maximum number of hatching eggs at the lowest possible cost to ship to Bachoco USA Farms Hatcheries and to monitor and maintain quality bird health.

SUMMARY: To prepare and stage press or laminator jobs. Lead shift Prepress personnel on shift tasks and day-to-day operations. Retrieve daily production schedule that identifies which job will run, quantities, priorities, etc. Interpret and act upon information. Lead Prepress personnel are used in any capacity needed to stage items at any machine. They may retrieve and prepare cylinders for press run and after the press run, clean the cylinders and store them. All these functions must be performed in the safest, most effective and efficient manner while adhering to established SOP's and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Facilitate on the job training and instruction for team members on the correct use of tools and equipment to ensure proper safety and operating procedures are followed.
• Actively participate and embrace in the SPOT Safety Program fundamentals and adhere to all safety guidelines and rules to aid APC's efforts to achieve a zero-accident rate.
• Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in developing, understanding, and following Standard Operating Procedures and or training documentation.
• Print and understand each job's Job Jacket, Print Specification, and Manufacturing Specification and take to the press.
• Retrieve daily production schedule that identifies which job will run, quantities, priorities, etc. Interpret and act upon information.
• Detect, report, and resolve all missing or substandard machine parts.
• Use an automated storage system terminal to retrieve and return cylinders and anilox to storage.
• Assemble and transport print cylinders and aniloxes between printing press and prepress departments.
• Place cylinders on assembly table and install the gears and journals. Install the pans, applicator pipes, end shields, splash guards and cylinders into the carriage units.
• Return the units to prepress, remove the parts, clean up the cylinders, and store them back into the storage system after a job has run.
• Aid on press set-ups as needed. Assist miscellaneous housekeeping and cleaning responsibilities.
• Complete required reports and paperwork. Use a computer terminal.
• Perform required cleaning tasks - some daily, weekly or monthly requirements.
• Obtain Power Industrial Truck license(s).
• Load/unload trucks at shipping dock.
• Complete necessary paperwork needed for to track all cylinder movement.
• Complete PSM training and be able to perform all work in the washroom.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers throughout all shifts.
• Attend and participate in all company mandated meetings.
• Business travel may be required.

Position Summary:

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the leafy greens processing facility, with primary focus on production performance, food safety, quality, and employee leadership. This role also provides oversight of receiving, shipping, and general facility operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective site performance. The Site Manager serves as the on-site leader, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Operations (Primary Focus)

• Oversee daily production activities, including processing, packaging, and sanitation operations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve throughput.

• Coordinate shipping activities to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and supply chain teams to address scheduling or inventory challenges.

Food Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, FSMA), customer requirements, and company policies.
• Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions related to food safety and quality.
• Promote a strong food safety culture across all departments.

Facility & Maintenance Oversight

• Oversee general facility operations, cleanliness, and organization.

Strong knowledge of leafy greens processing, food safety standards, and production workflows preferred. Experience overseeing production teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES:

A valid driver license is required at the time of appointment and must be maintained throughout employment.

POSITION SUMMARY

Purchase commodities in support of production, coordinate delivery of essential goods in support of production, expedite all products as dictated by schedule, initiate and coordinate inbound shipping from port to port and domestic locations.

• Purchase various commodities required to manufacture product, purchase consumables, and maintenance products.

• Work within budgets.

• Be able to source product.

• Negotiate with suppliers for optimum price and delivery.

• Coordinate movement of goods to and from outside processors.

• Review job shortage reports and expedite as required to meet production schedule.

• Must have a good understanding of how purchasing works with other department.

• Keep inventories at required levels.

• Comply with ISO Standards.

• Comply with established safety policies and procedures. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment as directed. Use appropriate tools designed for their specific job tasks. Provide feedback related to hazard assessments and/or accident investigations.

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

Associate Degree (two-year college or technical school) Preferred, Field of Study: AA Business Administration or equivalent

**Must hold an active U.S. Customs Broker License – required for position**

The Branch Manager role oversees the import and export process, either directly or indirectly through direct reports, and ensures compliance with U. S. and foreign government laws and regulations. Customs Brokerage license required for this position. The Branch Manager must possess an up-to-date knowledge of topics such as government trade regulations, international tariffs, insurance requirements, and restrictions regarding shipments. Working closely with the VP of Freight Forwarding, the Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving business objectives, managing brokerage operations staff, and performing in a fast-paced, brokerage operations environment, while positively contributing to the success of the team.

Previous Work Experience:
