THE POSITION
The Senior Director (SD) is a key member of the MWMC leadership team. They provide strategic human resources leadership and tactical management of talent management, benefits, compensation, and compliance. In addition, the SD will lead union contract management, including contract negotiations, grievance management, and employee relations. The hospital unions include Oregon Nurses Association (ONA) representing the registered nursing staff, and SEIU Local 49 representing other healthcare staff, including CNAs, medical technicians, and hospital service workers. The SD will oversee an HR Coordinator and an employee relations support person, both newly hired. The position reports to the CEO with a dotted line to the VP/Employee & Labor Relations at QHC.

About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager, Media to lead our TV, Video and Offline media strategy and execution. - Experience testing and launching new media channels to scale growth is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving growth for consumer brands, preferably in a DTC environment that is brand and ROI focused.

Additional Details:

The Senior Manager – Material Planning is a key role within the Planning Team, responsible for overseeing the planning of short- and long-term product requirements in support of the Master Production Schedule. Responsibilities:

- Management of component versions to ensure accurate work orders and stock usage
- Confirm material availability to create production orders that support service objectives, inclusive of required stock transfers

Education/Experience

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities for each account, supporting the sales team & Sales Executives; building strong relationships with our clients; ensuring projects stay on track, and customer orders are written with urgency. This role will be salary based, 40 hours per week minimum.
About the Role:
· Meeting revenue goals and profitability targets established by sales leadership.
· Networking and prospecting within the assigned territory to develop a robust understanding of the teamwear landscape (club, institutional & rec), get to know all teams and have them know Capelli Sport.
· Multi-sport sales experience such as; soccer, basketball, baseball, and lacrosse... is recommended.
· Sales is a team sport, collaborate with sales managers and executives sharing network and contacts outside of assigned territory.
· Keeping updated with market shifts while being fully aware of new internal product selection as well as competitive landscape.
· Participating in events, organized tournaments, industry conferences, and other sporting events that shall involve new business development opportunities, current and non-current partners.
· Directly engage in sales operations and tasks that may impact current or perspective customers, such as profitability analysis, presentation proposal, contract creation and post-sale relationship management.
· Ability to adapt and interested to learn new sport categories thus increasing value and versatility to organization.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred;
· 5+ years of outside sales experience in soccer or sporting goods industry preferred;
· Proficient in MOS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
· Excellent financial literacy skills required;
· Strong communication and presentation skills;
· Work-flow management skills. Clear understanding of responsibilities, reporting, data driven culture and prioritization skills.
Additional:
· Strong knowledge of the teamwear landscape in North America.
· Multi-sport experience such as basketball, Lacrosse, football, etc... is recommended.
· Ready to work non-traditional hours, with the inclusion of weekends, to meet expected sales targets and client demands.
Compensation
Base salary paid annually plus potential commission structure based on performance

ABOUT THIS POSITION:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the SVP, Head of Sales of Dear Media, as well as the Brand Partnerships Department. This position will have hands-on exposure and experience with revenue generation and scaling the business with ample opportunity for career growth, learning how a sales organization operates from the inside.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and assist the SVP of Dear Media and the Sales & Brand Partnerships Department on all administrative responsibilities: managing an active calendar, coordinating meeting notes, project organization
- Work closely with other internal teams to manage meeting agendas
- Assist in pulling together daily, weekly, and monthly revenue pacing reports
- Maintain all spreadsheets, trackers, and reports used by the sales team
- Handle follow-ups and action items to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Actively and reactively handle ongoing brand partner inquiries
- Handle regular and consistent interaction with executives and business partners
- Draft and/or update brand contracts
- Track deadlines and ensure follow-through on key sales initiatives
- Support ad-hoc projects to keep the sales organization running smoothly
- Participate in company-wide initiatives and activities

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience in a related field (i.e. Talent Management, PR, Marketing, Sales)
- Previous sales organization, talent agency or related industry experience is required
