Training Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Summary:
As a Call Center Representative in our Outreach team, your responsibility is to cultivate robust customer relationships that foster our clients’ growth while championing the needs of customers by collaborating with the clients’ internal teams. You will serve as a trusted resource for our Business Market and Public Sector customers. This position will closely collaborate with Marketing Sciences, Sales, Contract Management, and other stakeholders to analyze high-risk customers, playing a crucial role in reducing churn and safeguarding our revenue through exceptional communication and strategic engagement. You will work directly with customers to present offers or provide recommendations for account optimization and encourage the use and adoption of online tools. This white glove service role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to establish strong internal partnerships with Sales, IT, and Finance to create mutually beneficial solutions. As this is a brand-new program, flexibility is a non-negotiable in this role; the ideal candidate will be willing to adapt to the changing demands of our business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Utilizing Project Management skills by working closely with the key partners to maintain a continuous flow of information specific to case status, and to identify potential issues and/or opportunities
· Conduct outbound customer outreach (manual and campaign-based) to provide updates, present offers, identify opportunities, and reinforce value.
· Building and nurturing collaborative relationships with support teams while consistently demonstrating professionalism and emotional intelligence
· Turning negative/neutral experiences into positive interactions based on a proactive approach
· Serving as a brand ambassador and advocate for your customers, throughout every contact, highlighting all our clients’ products and services
· Identifying plans and services that would suit customer needs to prevent future contacts
· Turning customer contacts into a sale or a save opportunity with a premium experience
· Demonstrating a high level of critical thinking when making decisions in customer resolution and considering the impact on our brand
· Supporting high-level escalations through the entire customer journey, including pain points, identifying the root cause of concerns, and working quickly to resolve them
· Proactively triaging high-risk accounts, flagging early signs of churn, and collaborating across departments to mitigate risk.
· Provide technical or account assistance in collaboration with Sales and Support teams.
· Document customer interactions thoroughly using CRM tools to ensure alignment and visibility
· Knowledge of and adherence to telemarketing laws

Required Qualifications:
· White Glove Outreach Customer Service: 1-2 years
· Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Success: 1-2 years
· Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Workflow Manager (WFM), and tools like Microsoft Office
· Experience working in Loyalty/Retention programs with a high understanding and performance with loyalty tools such as Compass & Mysolutions
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to recognize patterns and trends in customer behavior.
· Previous experience working in a Secure Workspace (SWS) type environment or white room (no pen, paper, mobile or electronic devices, etc.): 1+ years
Preferred Qualifications:
· One or more years of Technical and Public Sector customer experience: 1+ years

As a Production Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting production operations by ensuring product quality, packaging compliance, and adherence to safety and food handling standards. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a working knowledge of production schedules and learn to read and follow schedule instructions.
Form and assemble cases to meet production requirements and specifications.
Monitor auto-filled bags or trays for required fill weight, back seal, end seal, label placement, date code, and label accuracy.
Report deviations from product requirements to operators or supervisors. Ensure cases enter the case sealer correctly.
Visually inspect products and ingredients for blemishes, flaws, extraneous material, or discoloration.
Stop production and report any serious deviation from requirements or equipment malfunction.
Maintain housekeeping in the work area.
Assist operators with start-up, production, changeover, and shutdown activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Provide guidance and direction to the night shift production floor personnel.
- Coordinate daily production floor activities and delegate assignments to production personnel.
- Communicate clear expectations to production personnel, keep them informed of matters pertaining to their job, and develop personnel growth opportunities.
- Provide effective, constructive, and appropriate feedback and leadership to direct reports to foster positive team atmosphere.
- Monitor employee work performance relative to expectations and maintain workflow through the facility.
- Ensure equipment and tools are in good working order and available for use when required.
- Ensure all stations are producing products to the company's quality standards.
- Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, and resolving problems.
- Facilitate smooth shift handoffs with day shift supervisors to ensure continuity of operations.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with fast-changing priorities.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
- Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of recent manufacturing supervisor experience, preferably in plastics extrusion or continuous process manufacturing.
- Experience working night shift or non-traditional hours preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to work independently during night shift hours.
- Computer literate: Microsoft and computer skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement OSHA standards for the facility.
- Understanding of extrusion processes, quality control measures, and preventive maintenance practices a plus

Shift Schedule & Coverage Expectations
This role provides leadership coverage for first-shift manufacturing operations and requires flexibility to support business needs while maintaining a sustainable schedule.
· Standard Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 5:20 AM – 1:50 PM
· Weekday Overtime Coverage:
As needed, the shift may start as early as 3:30 AM to support production continuity, issue resolution, or staffing needs
· Saturday Overtime Coverage:
Eight-hour shift every other Saturday, scheduled in advance to support production demands

The Role
The 1st Shift Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading production operations, balancing quality, compliance, and people leadership. This role requires the ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and resolve issues in real time, while ensuring all processes align with medical manufacturing standards.
This supervisor sets the tone for the shift by maintaining a calm, respectful, and accountable work environment, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with all procedures.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and support first-shift production teams to meet daily production goals while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
· Ensure strict adherence to documented procedures, work instructions, and traceability requirements
· Monitor production flow and material availability, addressing issues proactively and escalating appropriately when needed
· Troubleshoot equipment, process, and personnel issues using sound judgment and root-cause thinking
· Review and ensure accuracy of production documentation, travelers, and quality records
· Maintain a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and organization across the production floor
· Communicate clearly with the second shift, engineering, quality, and materials to ensure continuity and issue resolution
· Provide clear shift handoff reports that accurately reflect production status, issues, and follow-ups
· Coach and develop operators through consistent expectations, feedback, and support
· Address performance or conduct issues respectfully, firmly, and in alignment with company values
What We’re Looking For
· 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
· Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device experience strongly preferred)
· Strong understanding of quality systems, documentation requirements, and process discipline
· Ability to work independently and make sound decisions without constant oversight
· Proven ability to troubleshoot problems thoughtfully rather than react impulsively
· Leadership style that balances accountability with respect and professionalism
· Clear, direct communicator who can set expectations and follow through consistently
· Comfortable using ERP/MRP systems and basic production reporting tools
· Availability to work 1st shift consistently, with flexibility for frequent overtime
