Summary:

As a Call Center Representative in our Outreach team, your responsibility is to cultivate robust customer relationships that foster our clients’ growth while championing the needs of customers by collaborating with the clients’ internal teams. You will serve as a trusted resource for our Business Market and Public Sector customers. This position will closely collaborate with Marketing Sciences, Sales, Contract Management, and other stakeholders to analyze high-risk customers, playing a crucial role in reducing churn and safeguarding our revenue through exceptional communication and strategic engagement. Production team members are responsible for working in a variety of cheese making production functions to ensure continuous and efficient line operation. Candidates must be able to work over 40 hours per week (weekends are required). This job is physical and fast-paced.

* Meet efficiency budget levels with maintaining a high quality product

* Must remove and load trays/molds

* Stage bascular with appropriate cookie sheets

* Ensure all whey pipes are properly hooked up

* Turn cheese in draining rooms

Conagra Brands in Darien, WI a local supplier of Birds Eye products, is seeking qualified individuals to fill a Production Specialist role in the production department for D shift. Reporting to Production Supervisors, you will work on-site at one of Conagra's largest manufacturing facilities with over 800 employees.

As a Production Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting production operations by ensuring product quality, packaging compliance, and adherence to safety and food handling standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Develop a working knowledge of production schedules and learn to read and follow schedule instructions.

• Form and assemble cases to meet production requirements and specifications.

• Monitor auto-filled bags or trays for required fill weight, back seal, end seal, label placement, date code, and label accuracy.

• Report deviations from product requirements to operators or supervisors. Ensure cases enter the case sealer correctly.

• Visually inspect products and ingredients for blemishes, flaws, extraneous material, or discoloration.

• Stop production and report any serious deviation from requirements or equipment malfunction.

• Maintain housekeeping in the work area.

• Assist operators with start-up, production, changeover, and shutdown activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to meet physical requirements to perform all duties safely.

• Effective communication skills to perform all duties.

• Willingness to learn and follow:

• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Ability to work well as part of a production team.

• Reliable and consistent attendance with strong attention to duties.
