Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Curing Cheese Mover based in Belmont, Wisconsin. As a Cheese Mover, you will be responsible for moving cheese between curing rooms, maintaining efficiency and high-quality standards, and ensuring a clean and organized work area. Additionally, you will perform sanitation duties, report issues, and champion a safe work environment by addressing unsafe acts and conditions.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

* Move cheese from curing room to curing room

* Have an accurate count of the cheese count, dumps and downgrades

* Meet efficiency budget levels with maintaining a high quality product

* Monitor cheese quality

* Maintain clean and organized work area

* Interact with associates to maintain efficient process flow

* Maintain open line of communication with curing operators

* Perform sanitation duties as assigned

* Report problems and/or concerns to the manager

* Apply safety rules and ensure they are implemented and followed

* Follow quality programs to ensure the quality and specifications of product are continually met

* Other duties as assigned

Education

* High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) is preferred

Experience

* Previous employment in a food industry setting is preferred

* Stable and dependable work history is required

Specialized Knowledge

* Basic mathematical skills are required (must be able to calculate averages)

Skills/Abilities

* Able to stand for entire shift and be able to perform repetitive movements (e.g. twisting, gripping, lifting, bending, reaching)

* Able to push/pull/lift and carry at least 30 pounds continuously and 50 pounds occasionally

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: Pay: $22.75 plus $2.00/hr 2nd shift premium. Scheduled Hours: some days 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, others2:00 pm - 10:00 pm as needed.

Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) – 2nd Shift

Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA

Duration: 5 Weeks (Possible Extension)

Pay: $49.50 – $55.50/hr (W2, no benefits)

Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform moderate to complex clinical lab testing following standard procedures
• Analyze samples, validate results, and ensure accurate reporting
• Conduct quality control, calibration, and equipment maintenance
• Troubleshoot instruments and resolve technical issues
• Prepare reagents, controls, and ensure proper specimen handling
• Maintain lab safety, compliance, and documentation standards
• Train/support staff and participate in quality improvement activities

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of laboratory experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related science (Required)
• Active California CLS License (Mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Office

• Daily Supervisory Activities: Oversees daily shift operations of Surveillance Department in order to protect company assets and the integrity of Company. Works with and trains Surveillance Agents. Responds to daily activity, requests from other departments, and performs other Surveillance room duties as assigned.
• Monitor Employee and Patron Activity: Watch games, money transactions, change tapes, maintain equipment, etc. in order to guarantee compliance with gaming regulations and to protect company assets.
• Administrative: Often must maintain contact with key Casino, Security, and Gaming Board personnel in relation to proper coverage of company assets, and monitoring the proper enforcement of gaming regulations. Must maintain through logs for a variety of areas, i.e., tape exchange, contracts, pass a long log, incident reports, etc.
• Miscellaneous: Completes various activities as assigned by management/supervises projects/activities or programs assigned to their position or the Agents, as required or as need arises.

Manufacturing Technician

Location: Mission District (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Swing Shift - 3pm - 11pm

Compensation: $35/hour

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extensions)

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our team onsite in San Francisco’s Mission District. This is a hands-on, day-shift role supporting both engineering and production activities in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering, including work with small components
• Follow all safety procedures, including laser safety requirements
• Construct, test, and calibrate engineering and production robotic/computer-controlled assembly systems
• Interpret engineering prints, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Utilize high-precision measuring equipment and maintain detailed calibration records
• Support root cause analysis of manufacturing, quality, and yield issues

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience
• Strong soldering background, particularly with small components
• Experience with mechanical hand and power tools
• Proficient with oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators, optics, and cameras
• Experience working with lasers, laser safety, beam focus, pattern recognition, and active alignment
• Experience with UV adhesive auto-dispense and curing processes
• Experience with multi-axis, vision-assisted, computer-controlled robotic assembly equipment in both R&D and volume manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of pneumatic actuated slides, grippers, and hexapod tables
• Experience identifying root cause of manufacturing, quality, and yield issues
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SPC tools, and flowcharting software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
