/ Key Account Manager

Job Description

Manage and grow key accounts within the assigned region by developing and executing strategic account plans that drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationship with key people within organization. The Sales / Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring alignment with regional market demands and the company’s business objectives.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead second shift manufacturing operations. This role owns the execution of shift operations, ensuring production, quality, staffing, and workflow run effectively throughout the shift.

This position requires a hands-on leader capable of managing daily manufacturing operations with a high level of independence while maintaining strong leadership, professionalism, and accountability across the team.

About the Role

The PVCO Production Shift Supervisor at our Wichita Falls, TX is responsible for leading daily production operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of PVCO pipe. This role provides direct supervision of production personnel, drives operational performance, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The Production Supervisor plays a key role in achieving production targets, minimizing waste, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output objectives
• Lead and reinforce compliance with Westlake Pipe & Fittings safety policies and procedures
• Conduct shift meetings, safety training, inspections, incident investigations, and follow-up actions
• Drive root cause problem solving using 5-Why methodology and structured improvement tools
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and line performance to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime
• Complete accurate and timely production documentation, including shift reports, SAP production data, and SPC charts
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to production team members
• Partner with Maintenance and Engineering to recommend equipment improvements or modifications

The six bed intensive care unit provides care for our Level II verified Trauma Center by the American College of Surgeons, pediatric specialists, cardiologists and general surgeon.  The PICU nursing staff is highly trained to care for patients requiring intensive care.

OB Emergency Department – Antepartum Unit

East Tower, 3rd Floor

Part of MercyOne Children’s Hospital this state of the art obstetrical unit cares for low and high risk antepartum patients, pregnant patients greater than 20 weeks with other medical diagnoses.  The unit consists of a seven room triage area designed to assess and observe patients, a 10 bed inpatient area and ultrasound area that is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Position Purpose: 

New grads---receive support at the bedside like never before! You care for the patient at the bedside and our virtual nurse supports you and the care of the patient by leveraging video conferencing.

Our 2 General is a 24-bed unit that specializes in cardiac and nephrology care. Cardiac patients are post Cath or EP, CHF, chest pain, and drips. Care is also provided on this unit for our acute and chronic renal failure patients.

What you will Do: 

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.

Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.

Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.

• MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center, an Area Level III Trauma Center and an accredited chest pain center 
• MercyOne Cedar Falls Medical Center, Community Level IV Trauma Designation 
• MercyOne Oelwein Medical Center, Community Level IV Trauma Designation
