Job Summary:
Nursing Assistant - Care Partner - Acute Care Medical Telemetry - Full-Time Day Shift
The Care Partner is a support care provider who functions under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The Care Partner primary focus will be to promote a positive patient experience by partnering with the nurse, physician, healthcare team and other healthcare providers to provide excellence in patient experience; and assist with daily living activities and comfort measures. The Care Partner assists other health care providers with safe, age appropriate and culturally aware care by performing basic patient care functions; i.e. ADL's, ambulation, and vital signs.
The Care Partner may require approved advanced technical training skills may be required i.e. phlebotomy, simple treatments, dressing changes, oral suctioning, and discontinuing Foley catheters. Performing additional advanced skills may be required to support clinical care and will fluctuate depending on the needs of the unit. Performing clerical functions such as: retrieval of data, maintaining unit supplies, and transporting supplies/patient medications will be required. The Care Partner must be able to work in a fast-paced environment which requires multi-tasking and effective communication with the Registered Nurse and ancillary team. Must be able to perform under stressful conditions with a compassionate, respectful and service mindset. Must be able to take direction from a variety of care providers. Must be organized with excellent communication skills.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides a safe and mechanically sound working environment in the distribution center. Coordinates the daily activities of the maintenance department to ensure rapid response to departmental requests for repair or service. Identifies performance indicators. DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Utilizes Productivity Improvement Plan process to identify areas for improvement and assists Maintenance Manager in development of a measurement system.
- May review inbound and outbound S&OP reports and assists in department planning; makes adjustments based on distribution center needs.
- Plans daily production goals for department.
- Identifies obstacles to performance through floor observations.
- Reviews daily staffing plan of department/shift with Maintenance Manager; determines proper staffing level for shift or area of responsibility based on receiving/shipping volume and departmental projects.
- Establishes work schedules based on preventative maintenance requirements.
- Conducts required sortation audits and analyzes results to determine appropriate system and/or personnel adjustments.
- Ensures that adequate training is provided for all maintenance department employees.
- In coordination with safety committee, supports safety programs to reduce employee injuries.
- Partners with Maintenance Manager and Human Resources to ensure OSHA compliance; serves a back-up contact person for governmental agencies.
- Maintains status reports on building and facility insurance documentation.
- Assists Maintenance Manager with department budget.
Qualifications

Job Summary
The Inventory & Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading evening warehouse operations with primary accountability for inventory movement, slotting, and organization during the transition into a new facility, while also ensuring efficient ecommerce and wholesale order fulfillment across all channels.
This role plays a critical part in establishing accurate inventory locations, maintaining system integrity, and supporting the operational ramp-up of the facility. The supervisor will oversee the movement and consolidation of inventory, coordinate labor across inbound and outbound workflows, and ensure that nightly fulfillment operations meet productivity, accuracy, and service level expectations.
The supervisor leads warehouse associates, monitors operational KPIs, and drives disciplined processes that support inventory accuracy, operational stability, and scalable omnichannel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Movement & Facility Organization
Lead nightly inventory movement activities supporting the transition and organization of the new warehouse facility
Coordinate product relocation, consolidation, and slotting into new rack locations
Ensure accurate location assignments and inventory transactions within the WMS/ERP system
Oversee pallet movements, inventory transfers, and rack placement to support efficient warehouse flow
Partner with receiving and operations teams to stage and integrate inbound inventory into the facility
Identify and resolve location conflicts, discrepancies, or system variances during inventory movement
Operational Leadership
Supervise and lead warehouse associates across inventory movement, picking, packing, and shipping activities
Set nightly operational priorities and allocate labor based on inventory projects and order fulfillment demand
Monitor team productivity, quality, and safety across all warehouse functions
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
Enforce safety standards and operational procedures across the shift
Inventory Management & Control
Maintain inventory accuracy during facility setup and operational execution

Desired Skillsets:
- At least one year of experience running 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC Machines
- Basic Tool Set up
- Good understanding of G&M Codes
- Ability to read blueprints and highly proficient at dimensioning/tolerancing/speeds and feeds
- Reliability and ability to listen and follow instruction
- Team player and positive, cooperative attitude
- Solution oriented and ability to respectfully communicate with colleagues
- Running of manual CMM is a plus
- Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently looking for an Assembler to join our team! This individual will be based in Itasca IL and will be responsible for adhering to safety standards, set up of the equipment, and following production schedule to meet customer needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Set-up and efficiently operate assembly/packaging equipment.
Proficient in operating one (1) piece of equipment.
Perform all quality checks according to Manufacturing Inspection Instructions (MII) and quality specifications sheets.
Track, document quality checks and scrap for assigned equipment as required.
Follow all prescribed safety/housekeeping practices and procedures.
Track machine downtime per shift.
Report any maintenance related issues and collaborate with other departments to resolve them.
Work with other team members and actively participate in team events and meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned to support plant and customer needs.
Qualifications:
Must possess High School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to work 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm with occasional overtime, no greater than 12 hours per day; occasional Saturdays may be required.
6+ months of assembly manufacturing experience required.
Must be able to perform basic math (adding and subtraction).
Must be able to recognize and identify parts, problems, and offer solution.
Must be able to complete supplemental training (i.e. technical math, basic computer skills, basic measuring skills, etc.)
Must be able to speak, write and understand English.

Compensation Information:
The starting pay 18.00 plus $2.00 Shift Differential

Our client, a growing food and snack manufacturer, is looking for a skilled QA Lead to join their team in Chino, CA!
Title: QA Lead (Food)
Location: Chino, CA
Schedule: 2nd shift- 1pm start time
Pay rate: $21- $23/ hr.

Position Summary:
The QA Lead is responsible for supporting and overseeing quality assurance activities on the production floor. This role involves supervising QA staff, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining quality systems throughout production shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily oversight and support to QA personnel on the production floor.
- Collaborate with management to ensure appropriate staffing and scheduling.
- Monitor quality control processes and escalate issues as necessary.
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Perform pre-operational inspections, allergen controls, and GMP audits.
- Document and manage non-conforming product holds and investigations.
- Collect and log production and processing samples.
- Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints.
- Deliver training on policies, procedures, and quality programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety and quality regulations (e.g., GMP, HACCP, FDA, USDA).
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by quality leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a quality control leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of food safety programs and regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
- Familiarity with food labeling regulations and nutritional data systems (e.g., ESHA Genesis).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
