The Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales Team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for professional customers, including contractors, property owners, and commercial clients.

Pro Customer Service/Sales Team members are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.

The Pro Customer Service/Sales Team supports store goals by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety.

Bilingual communications skills may be preferred at certain locations; specific language varies based on customer need.

This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Floor & Decor strives to be the one-stop destination for our professional clients (PRO customer) in the hard surface flooring contractor space. This position is focused on building relationships with our PRO customers and in turn earning their trust, while helping grow their business. This position reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports the execution of Floor and Decor's PRO priorities.

Primary responsibilities include understanding trends in the PRO Market, collaboration with the Installation Materials and Design Services departments in order to build the sales organization and serve our PRO customers.

• High School diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
• Understand our PRO business to educate our PRO customers and expand their participation.
• Offer and assist PROs to sign up for the PRO Premier Rewards Program, download and demonstrate the benefits of the PRO APP.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions such as Commercial Business Account or PRO Premier Credit Card.
• Coordinate and assist with PRO Customers in-store activities.
• Collaborate in all store initiatives.

This position is hourly, knowing it may include hours which could exceed eight hours in a day.

Your Impact

The Sales Enablement consultant supports the success of Lowe’s Pro B2B Sales organization by developing and executing enablement programs, communications, and operational initiatives that improve sales effectiveness.

This role acts as a key liaison between sales leadership, communications, operations, and training teams to ensure the Pro sales organization has the tools, messaging, and resources needed to drive performance. The role partners closely with senior leadership to manage initiatives, implement new processes, and deliver enablement programs that support field sales teams.

This position offers high visibility across the organization and serves as a critical partner in helping the Pro sales organization scale and evolve.

What You Will Do

Sales Enablement & Training

• Develop and implement training resources that support the onboarding and development of Pro Outside Sales Associates
• Create scalable training materials including short-form videos, presentations, and enablement documentation
• Partner with Lowe’s University and internal training teams to build structured enablement content
• Identify skill gaps within the sales organization and recommend targeted training solutions

Program & Project Management

• Lead cross-functional initiatives that support the Pro sales organization, ensuring projects are delivered on time and effectively adopted by the field
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Sales Leadership, Operations, Marketing, Communications, and Merchandising to support program implementation
• Manage project timelines, communications, and rollout plans for new sales initiatives

Sales Communications & Executive Support

• Own and manage internal communications including newsletters, sales updates, and organizational messaging
• Partner with the corporate communications team to deliver consistent messaging to field sales teams
• Support executive leadership by gathering feedback, coordinating updates, and ensuring alignment on sales initiatives

Sales Program Support & Optimization

• Monitor program adoption and effectiveness using data and feedback from the field
• Leverage tools such as Salesforce and Excel to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop reporting and insights that help leadership optimize sales enablement programs

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, program management, or a related field
• Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Broad technical knowledge in the commercial print and/or fulfillment field.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage people and direct work activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
• Knowledge of Windows applications; Microsoft Office products; and database systems. Experience with WCSS, WBS, Monarch Foundation, DPrint, and FM Pro ship schedules is a plus.
• Demonstrated comfort and ability to learn and leverage new systems.
• Bias for process focus and the demonstrated ability to drive process improvement. Must have demonstrated flexibility to multi-task and shift focus and re-prioritize as the situation dictates.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively approach problems and drive for results.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 3 or more years experience in comprehensive multi-shift department management in a manufacturing environment. Printing or fulfillment environment preferred.
  
  

This role is 2nd Shift only. Qualified candidates must be able to work 2nd shift hours. 2nd Shift is approximately 3:00pm - 11:00pm.

The national pay range for this role is $65,800 to $102,600 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
