Job Description:
- We are seeking a Mac Support Technician with hands-on JAMF experience to provide Tier 1 technical support for Mac devices and end users. This role is responsible for device deployment, troubleshooting, ticket management, and supporting day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 support for Mac hardware, macOS, software applications, connectivity, and peripherals
- Image, configure, and deploy Mac devices using JAMF
- Manage device inventory, policies, and updates in JAMF
- Perform password resets and assist users with MFA setup and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot email, VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues
- Use ServiceNow (or similar ticketing system) to log, track, prioritize, and resolve incidents
- Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2/Engineering teams as needed
- Coordinate warranty repairs, device replacements, and hardware upgrades
- Maintain documentation for common issues and solutions
Experience:
- 1–3 years of IT support experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Mac devices and macOS troubleshooting
- Experience using JAMF for device management and deployment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Experience supporting password resets and MFA authentication
Skills:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Join our dynamic team as a Mac Production Operator specializing in Prepress! In this energized role, you will be the vital link between creative design and manufacturing, ensuring that print projects are prepared with precision and excellence. Duties
- Prepare digital files for printing by performing prepress tasks such as color correction, layout adjustments, and proofing using industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Prepare and inspect digital and physical proofs prior to distribution to clients
- Knowledge of Kodak Prinergy is BIG plus.
- Knowledge of file prep for specialty processes like foil stamping, screen printing, engraving, die cutting, etc.
- Inspect and troubleshoot problematic files.
- Strong knowledge of imposition and layout
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve issues related to typography, layout design, or image quality before final printing.
- Collaborate with clients, graphic designers and production teams to optimize print layouts, ensuring alignment with client specifications and branding standards.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Kodak PRINERGY, Kodak PREPS, PitStop, Neo, Aleyant’s Pressero and edoc Builder a BIG PLUS!
- Proven experience with prepress operations, including file preparation, proofing, and color management.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, layout design, and print advertising standards.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for digital file editing and preparation.
- Familiarity with foil stamping, screen printing processes, lithography, digital printing including variable data printing, engraving, etc.
- Ability to thrive and suceed in a fast paced work environment

Description
Under general supervision, deburr, weld prep and/or clean titanium and aluminum components and sub-assemblies to support all core processes, such as machining, welding, and NDE.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support the highest standards of safety and environmental practices.
- Deburr machined components for sharp edges.
- Hand blend machined and welded surfaces to drawing requirements.
- Hand abrade components to desired finish for weld.
- Clean components and assemblies per drawing and/or manufacturing work instructions.
- Make a continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
- Check work after completion of each operation in job and/or completed job to ensure it is complete per drawing and/or manufacturing work instruction.
$23-$26 per hour
