JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You must be 18 years of age or older. General job duties for all store team members include having a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, possessing navigational skills, operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and having strong communication skills. Essential functions/skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, make correct monetary change, and have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination is also required for precise movements with speed.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, and sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

SENSING

Talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

TEMPERAMENTS

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Carrying pizzas and beverages during delivery, driving within a designated delivery area, and walking between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location. Climbing during delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing. Far vision and night vision for driving.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks are required. Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.

DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer. Deliver flyers and door hangers.

REQUIRES

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
