Assistant Community Manager
Sharp Management is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations and help drive the financial and operational success of our apartment community.
This role partners closely with the Community Manager to oversee leasing performance, collections, resident relations, and administrative functions. The Assistant Community Manager plays a critical role in maintaining strong occupancy, managing delinquency, and ensuring accurate financial reporting while delivering an exceptional resident experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, financially minded, proactive, and confident in balancing customer service with accountability.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting rent collection efforts and managing delinquency
- Assisting with financial reporting, variance explanations, and budget tracking
- Processing applications, renewals, and lease documentation
- Supervising and supporting onsite team members when needed
- Handling resident concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
