The Will Call Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent service to customers, sales, opco associates, and others who are picking up ordered food and non-food products via the location's service/will call area/window/desk. The position may report to the warehouse or sales department. The Will Call Coordinator performs duties including but not limited to selecting product, palletizing product, organizing product by order, processing invoices, handling payment, and other related duties. The position interfaces with customers, associates and vendors. The position requires strong customer service and interpersonal skills, organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Will Call Coordinator functions as a team member within the warehouse department and performs all duties as assigned to meet business needs. Position Summary:

A Brief Overview:
The purpose of this job is to educate physicians, other qualified billing providers, and ancillary staff on their documentation for all specialties and review providers progress notes, as needed, to ensure coding/billing compliance in accordance with coding rules, third party payor guidelines, governmental regulations, and MG's Coding Compliance Program. The Senior Analyst will conduct face-to-face summary review sessions to report findings to the Practice Manager, Provider audited, and/or Senior Management of the MG. Through the audit/review process, this person will also conduct a report back to the provider and practice manager any income enhancing opportunities that might be uncovered in the investigation. The Senior Analyst, as a coding and billing expert, will assist all freestanding and provider-based outpatient departments with ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS coding education and billing regulation interpretation. They will also assist in conducting department presentations.
What you will do:
* Analyzes progress notes, op reports, pathology reports, encounter forms, explanation of benefits, patient insurance information, and various other health information documents for pro-fee coding and billing accuracy.
* Assigns appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to medical record documentation under review by applying physician specialty coding rules, third party payor guidelines, and Medicare Local Medical Review Policies.

As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will be responsible for assisting with warehouse operations and ensuring smooth logistics, including: organize inventory and ensure items are stored properly.
load and unload shipments.
operate warehouse equipment and pallet jacks.
pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
assist in receiving and verifying incoming products.
maintain clean and safe work environment.
conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
coordinate with team to meet productivity goals.
help with labeling and sorting products.
adhere to safety procedures.
use basic computer systems to track inventory.
assist with pulling inventory, prepare shipments, and customer returns.
work closely with shipping carriers to schedule pickups.
help manage paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments.
work closely with Finance to provide billing and documentation in a timely manner.
work closely with warehouse leads to deal with order and shipping issues.
be constantly mindful of schedules and committed to delivering all tasks on time.
submit timely activity reports as required.
learn company products and services to assist customers.
