Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:
/n
• Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
/n• Saturday and Sunday only option available (24 hours per week) if preferred
/n• Call requirements Saturday night
/n• 36 guaranteed hours per week for full weekend schedule
/n• 13-week contract length
/n• First couple weeks scheduled for 8-hour day shifts Monday-Friday for orientation and acclimation
/n• Every weekend schedule required - no weekend time off requests
/n• Every other holiday rotation as needed
/n• May be required to float to other facilities including Merrill, Antigo, Medford, and Stanley
/n• Perform approximately 10-12 exams per day on 4 ultrasound units (Philips EPIQ Elites)
/n• Conduct general ultrasound exams including abdomen, small parts, GYN, and OB (including fetal anatomy scans)
/n• Heavy emphasis on OB procedures including pylorus, appendix, and possible fetal brain from NICU
/n• Epic charting experience preferred
/n• Required certifications: ARDMS certified in OB/GYN & ABD, AHA BLS
/n• Minimum 2+ years experience required with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester OB experience
/n• Travel experience required
/n• High school diploma required, associate degree or certificate preferred
/n• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring excellent imaging skills and attention to detail

The facility features 4 modern ultrasound units and maintains separate departments for Echo/Vascular services, Breast Health Center, and Interventional Radiology.
