What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee downstream purification, buffer prep, chemical weighing, and fill/finish operations
• Lead GMP manufacturing teams and guide strategic resource planning
• Drive process improvements, data-driven decision making, and documentation excellence
• Serve as SME for large-scale bioprocessing and validation
• Partner cross-functionally on tech transfer, facility readiness, and supply demands
• Hire, mentor, and develop downstream manufacturing talent
  
  

About You

• 10+ years GMP biopharma manufacturing; strong downstream expertise
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Background in tech transfer, validation, or facility start-up preferred
• BS in Life or Physical Sciences
