Part Time Litigation Paralegal

We are working with a high-caliber Family and Criminal Law firm who is seeking an experienced Paralegal that loves the puzzle of litigation but wants more work life balance. What You Will be Doing:

• You will own the discovery process for complex cases. We need someone who can deep-dive into discovery, organize it, indexing, and synthesize it into actionable summaries for the attorney.
• You will draft preliminary motions, pleadings, and court orders that require a deep understanding of case law and facts.
• Manage the lifecycle of filings, including preparing transmittal letters and ensuring e-filing compliance.
• Act as a critical set of eyes on case files to identify missing information, inconsistencies, or strategic opportunities.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, ready to work in Family law and/or Criminal law practices
• A solid understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and the litigation lifecycle.
• Advance proficiency with legal research platforms and case management software.
• You are self-motivated, highly organized, and take pride in turning chaotic files into winning cases.
