Position Summary

Summary/Objective:

The Structural Engineer position is primarily focused on mechanical structures and supports for our industrial and commercial divisions (local and national accounts).   • Track progress against milestones such as energization, mechanical completion, commissioning levels, and substantial completion
  • Create and maintain phased Job Site Utilization Plans specific to data center construction flow
  • Lead weekly coordination meetings with trade partners, design teams, commissioning teams, and the owner

Subcontractor & Trade Management

  • Develop scopes of work for mission-critical trades (electrical, mechanical, controls, fire protection, low voltage, security, etc.)
  • Coordinate and schedule work activities for tradespeople, forepersons, and field professionals
  • Conduct preconstruction meetings with subcontractors before each major phase (MEP rough-in, equipment set, energization, commissioning, etc.)
  • Review quantity takeoffs, materials management, and procurement strategies for long-lead and critical equipment

Safety & Compliance

  • Support and enforce site-specific safety programs and OSHA compliance
  • Refuse unsafe work and ensure all activities follow established safety procedures
  • Report incidents, near misses, and hazards
  • Wear and maintain required PPE
  • Participate in inspections, safety meetings, and required training
  • Support trade partner compliance with all safety regulations and site-specific requirements

Financial & Business Management

  • Understand financial impacts and integrate cost-effective solutions, including value engineering when appropriate

  • Support the permit process and ensure compliance with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs)

Leadership & Stakeholder Relations

  • Mentor site superintendents and field staff, including performance evaluations and professional development

General Superintendent Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of construction experience required
  • Several years of experience in mission-critical or highly complex MEP-intensive projects required
  • Experience managing projects valued at $100M or greater (data center experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of planning and scheduling for mission-critical environments
  • Deep knowledge of complex MEP systems, redundancy strategies, and commissioning processes
  • Strong financial and business acumen for monitoring project costs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications, blueprints, engineering drawings, and installation manuals
  • Demonstrated competency across all trade types relevant to data center construction

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation Campaigns

Develop and manage digital campaigns that attract buyers interested in homes in our core

markets.

Responsibilities include:

• Running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns

• Running Google search campaigns targeting home buyers

• Testing different messaging and audiences to generate leads

• Monitoring performance and improving cost per lead

The goal is to create a consistent flow of qualified buyer leads.

2. Listing Marketing & Campaign Launches

Turn each new listing into a coordinated marketing campaign.

Examples include:

“Coming soon” promotions

• new listing announcements

• open house marketing

Work closely with agents and builders to ensure listings receive maximum exposure.

3. Content Creation

4. Freelancer & Vendor Management
