• Coordinates work activities among departments
• Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies

Role Description

The General Manager at Cambria Beach Lodge will oversee daily operations, providing strategic leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, fostering a positive team culture, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring that the lodge adheres to brand standards and operational goals. The General Manager will also build and maintain guest and community relationships, drive revenue growth, and manage property upkeep and vendor relationships.
