Competitive, DOE (Dependent on Experience)
Hours:

* Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
* Saturday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments and other designated locations.
* Read and adapt to rapidly changing schedules to ensure timely service.
* Utilize specialized equipment for loading and securing wheelchairs.
* Maintain excellent customer service, demonstrating patience and effective communication.
* Use mobile applications such as Google Maps and Slack for navigation and communication.
* Manage daily dispatch communications, typically around 4:00 PM for the following day's schedule.

Qualifications:

* Driving Experience: Minimum of 10 years of driving experience with a valid driver's license.
* Physical Fitness: Ability to bend, squat, push, and pull as required for loading and securing equipment.
* Technical Skills: Comfortable using or willing to learn mobile apps (Google Maps, Slack).
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Background Checks: Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
* Equipment: Access to a working cellphone with a hands-free earpiece.

Requirements:

* Driver's License: Valid WA driver's license with a clean driving record (full WSDOT driver abstract required).
* Reliability: Flexibility to handle schedule changes and multiple dispatches throughout a shift.
* Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact compassionately with clients.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing schedules.

Preferred but Not Required:

* Previous experience in non-emergency medical transportation or a related field.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
