  • Assist attorneys with document collection, Relativity database setup, and management, including document production.
  • Perform complex data analysis, tracking, and discovery management within Relativity, including document review and database searches.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage exhibits and trial materials, including pleadings, witness preparation materials, trial notebooks, deposition designations, demonstratives, and digital courtroom presentations (e.g., Trial Director, OnCue).

The Senior Educational Media Specialist is a seasoned media specialist with at least 5 years of deep expertise in the conceptualization, design, scripting, and story boarding of educational media content. Senior Educational Media Specialists oversee the development of comprehensive media projects, working closely with strategic partners and managing third-party vendors; this includes the creation of new media content, as well as the search for suitable media content within Covista's owned content repositories and/or third-party media libraries. The Senior Educational Media Specialist manages multiple projects during different stages of development, each with varying requirements and milestones. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Provide vision, strategic leadership, and long-range planning for parking, transportation, and mobility services aligned with Vanderbilt’s institutional priorities.

Pay Range

$105,800.00-$145,500.00 Annual

Structure:

The Willows HR Manager is located within the Insulation System Division and reports to the Insulation Systems Human Resources Director and has generally has responsibility for approximately 300 employees.

The Senior HR Manager is a member of the Willows plant management team, providing functional expertise and perspective to the Plant Manager and various department managers. In this capacity the Senior HR Manager is a “dotted line” report to the Plant Manager.

The nature of this role requires that you adjust work hours when needed, respond to high priority calls or requests after regular hours, and travel up to 10% of the time.

  • Initiates strategies to create a robust workforce plan that addresses current and future organizational needs, including workforce size and structure.

  • Experience working with or selling to Hyperscalers, Colocation Providers, or Fortune 500 Enterprises
  • Background in White Space Fit-Out, Commissioning, Controls, or Integrated Data Center Services
  • Experience operating within a private-equity-backed or high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with Ashburn, Phoenix, or Dallas data center markets and customer ecosystems

  • Annual bookings and gross-profit attainment
  • Strategic account growth and penetration
  • Pipeline health and forecast accuracy
  • Customer retention and expansion
  • Cross-line-of-business revenue contribution
