As a Senior Multi-Media Account Executive, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients and prospects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and manage a book of business with a strong focus on new revenue generation

What You Will Do

Leverage experience to work directly with a wide range of Las Vegas-area nonprofits to help clarify and implement organizational strategies. As an example, you may work closely with a nonprofit founder to assess the core capacities of the organization, identify 2-3 key growth opportunities, develop an actionable plan to address the opportunities, then provide ongoing implementation support for 12 months. As a result of your assistance, the organization will achieve concrete, measurable results and build capacities for future growth.

Partner Services Responsibilities (85%):

  • Facilitate organizational assessments - using industry-standard assessments such as the Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT®) and/or internally developed approaches - that help partners identify and understand their unique growth opportunities and priorities.  
  • Work closely with nonprofit leaders and teams to develop actionable strategies and implement plans that address their unique circumstances and objectives. 
  • Support strategy implementation through ongoing coaching and hands-on assistance. 
  • Create excellent partner experiences, including onboarding, scoping, project management, and post-completion engagements.
  • Prepare and deliver training and other presentations to groups of various sizes, backgrounds, and experience levels.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Minimum eight (8) years experience providing consulting or technical assistance to nonprofits, foundations, or public agencies/governments, or leading change management or strategy functions inside such organizations.
  • MBA, MPP, MPA or other relevant post-graduate degree is preferred. Relevant experience and proven success will be considered in lieu of formal education.  
  • Deep understanding of nonprofit organizations and the nonprofit sector, including demonstrated expertise in at least one (1) of the following functional skills: strategic planning, governance, data analysis, finance, fundraising, operations, program design and delivery. 
  • Strong coaching and convening skills.  
  • Comfortable and confident in presenting to groups, and able to make complex topics feel accessible.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing strategies/solutions that drove impact and organizational transformation or sustainability. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines and deliverables.

Client Advisory & Engagement

A Business Advisor is responsible for building relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and offering them financing solutions. This is a B2B sales role where you will be consulting with business owners on a daily basis to help them achieve their financial goals. We're looking for motivated, ambitious individuals who are looking to start or continue to grow a thriving career in B2B sales.

Build Trust: Become a trusted advisor to your clients through the delivery of world-class client service. Understand their business and gather information about their financial situations, goals, and objectives. Must be able to provide value and sell yourself first and foremost.

Educate and Advise: Evaluate and understand hundreds of financial programs and options for small-to-medium-sized businesses. Advise clients on the financing process and recommend the best capital solution for their needs.

Fast Pace: This is a very fast sales cycle and work environment. You will be communicating with many different clients on a daily basis and most transactions are completed in 1-3 days.

End-to-End Sales Role: Our Business Advisors are responsible for facilitating the sales process from start to finish. This includes prospecting clients via call, email, & text. We leverage automated sales support to aid in initial prospecting, but you take over once a client replies or calls in. Part of the prospecting process is done via outbound phone calls. This includes phone systems and other sales support technology, qualification guidelines, underwriting/funding process, Rapid Finance Marketplace, etc.

Once initial training is complete, you will continue to hone your skills with our Sales Director while in a production role. On-the-job training includes continued group training as well as listening to calls and getting direct feedback on how you can improve your process to increase conversions. We pride ourselves on continued coaching to better our Business Advisors and help them climb the promotion tiers within the Business Advisor role. It's one thing to retain information that is trained, we need people who can put it into play and have the discipline to execute on it every time.
