Job Description
Core Logistics Brokerage is a fast-growing freight and logistics leader, and we're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team at our Phoenix, AZ office. This is a hunter's role: you will prospect, secure, and onboard new customers, building your own book of business from the ground up. If you have a proven track record in logistics sales and a passion for the win, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and secure new logistics customers across multiple industries.
- Expand our customer base by selling open deck, van, reefer, LTL, and FTL services.
- Negotiate competitive, profitable rates based on market conditions.
- Collaborate with our internal operations team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Drive customer retention through outstanding service and communication.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of logistics sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- The ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth.
- The capacity to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
