What You’ll Do as a Security Supervisor:
- Lead and support Security personnel to ensure daily procedures and responsibilities are followed according to corporate policy and state regulations.
- Manage and maintain security and maintenance systems, including the Villa Maintenance system, electronic key control, and surveillance platforms.
- Conduct and oversee internal criminal and civil investigations and serve as a liaison with Law Enforcement and Emergency Services.
- Administer government-mandated safety and security programs such as Bloodborne Pathogens and Hazard Communication training.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests and supporting internal departments when needed.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and operational teams to resolve security-related issues and support business needs.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and timely incident reports, investigation summaries, and operational documentation.
- Respond to critical incidents and take command of incident scenes, including fire alarms and emergency situations.
- Coordinate and supervise security coverage for special events and high-profile activities.
- Participate in operational, safety, and risk management meetings as directed.
- Ensure Disaster Plans, Emergency Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures are followed and kept current.
- Operate company vehicles when required.
What You Will Bring as a Security Supervisor:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field is required (minimum of 3 year)
- Possession of a valid Unarmed Security Officer license (as required by the state of employment) is a plus; however, we will assist qualified candidates in obtaining this certification if needed
- Certificate certificates in First Aid, CPR and AED highly preferred but not required
- Prior hospitality or guest service experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems used to complete reports, logs, and email communication
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations
- Excellent judgment, integrity, and attention to detail

Job Summary
The National Account Manager reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
- Manage daily Security Officer operational staffing requirements and administrative functions, meeting business goals and objectives for a national account across North America.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections, monitor, and manage their direct management team, along with the Security Officers in the assigned region

Summary of Position
The Principal AI Security Engineer is a senior technical leader on the AI Security team, responsible for designing, building, and operating security controls for generative AI and Machine Learning (ML) systems across their full lifecycle: data, training, deployment, and runtime.
This role is deeply hands-on: you will work directly with data science, MLOps, platform, devops and application teams to secure LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, and AI-enabled products. You will also lead the intake and review process for AI use cases, helping the organization adopt AI safely and at scale in a highly regulated environment.
The ideal candidate combines:
* Strong security engineering and cloud architecture experience
* Deep, current familiarity with modern AI/LLM tooling and practices

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Secure AI / ML platforms and workloads
* Lead security architecture and threat modeling for AI/ML systems, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents, and AI-powered applications.

- Training and fine-tuning pipelines

AI use case intake & governance
* Design, implement, and continuously improve the intake, triage, and review process for AI/ML and generative AI use cases across the organization.
* Build and automate self-service workflows (e.g., request forms, risk questionnaires, routing, approvals) that balance speed of delivery with security, privacy, and compliance with a focus on risk scoring and scorecards.
* Define risk-based criteria for AI use case approval, including data sensitivity, model and vendor selection, integration patterns, and control requirements; this will involve in re-mapping the complete end to end lifecycle.
* Review proposed AI solutions from concept through deployment, providing clear, actionable guidance to product and engineering teams.
* Maintain visibility into the AI use case portfolio and risk posture, and provide regular reporting to leadership and governance bodies.
Monitoring, detection & assurance
* Establish and maintain monitoring and detection for AI-specific threats, such as:
- Prompt injection and jailbreak attempts
- Data exfiltration and sensitive data exposure
- Misuse or abuse of AI tools and agents
- Anomalous model or pipeline behavior
* Integrate AI/ML systems with existing logging, SIEM, and incident response processes.
* Lead or participate in AI-focused security assessments, red-teaming, and adversarial testing; drive remediation and verification.
Strategy, leadership & enablement
* Help define and evolve the organization's AI security strategy, standards, and roadmap in partnership with Security, Engineering, Data, Legal, Privacy, and Risk.
* Translate global privacy, data sovereignty, and regulatory requirements into practical technical controls for AI workloads across multiple cloud environments.
* Prepare and deliver executive-ready briefings and narratives on AI security risks, controls, and progress.
* Mentor other engineers and serve as THE internal subject matter expert on AI/ML security, generative AI, and LLM-based systems.
Qualifications Expected for Position
- 7+ years of experience in information security, security engineering, or related fields, including significant time building and securing production systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies (such as LLMs, RAG, model training/fine-tuning, MLOps, or AI-powered products), including implementation of security controls or guardrails for these systems.
- Strong programming skills in one or more relevant languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or similar), with a track record of contributing to production-grade tools, services, or libraries.
- Deep understanding of cloud security architecture and controls on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including identity, networking, secrets management, data protection, logging, and monitoring.
- Experience designing and implementing controls in a highly regulated environment; healthcare or financial services preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives across multiple teams, from problem definition through design, implementation, and adoption.

The base salary range for this position is$180,000 - $190,000. Role Overview
The Security Manager ensures that every person entering hospitality spaces overseen by On Location, from VIPs to fans and contractors, is authorized to be there. 3. Safety & Security Integration
- Crowd Flow: Monitor ingress and egress points to prevent overcrowding and ensure that emergency exits remain clear and accessible.
- Inter-Agency Liaison: Coordinate, Venue IT, and FIFA Accreditation teams to align security screening with technical data flows.
- Reporting: Provide real-time data to the Venue Operations Center (VOC) regarding attendance numbers and security incidents in coordination with FIFA Security.
- Emergency Management: Ensure all emergency action procedures for all identified risks are documented, briefed, and trained by all staff at each venue.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in security management, with a specific focus on stadium operations or large-scale international events.
Soft Skills: Calm under extreme pressure; ability to make decisions in high-stress, live environments, all while ensuring the highest level of guest experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent employment and field experience).
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Spanish is required for the Mexico-based venues.
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
- Must be able to work long, irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to remain on your feet for 10+ hours and navigate large stadium footprints quickly.
- Must pass a comprehensive FIFA-vetted background check and obtain necessary local licensing (e.g., state-specific security guard registration).
*Note to Candidates: This is a fixed-term contract role. Preference is given to residents of the host city who have a deep understanding of local stadium infrastructure.

KADE Delivery Driver Basic Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
- High-school diploma (or equivalent)
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be free of major accidents or major driving infractions
- Full Time: Must be able to work 10-hour days, 4 days a week
- Part Time: Must be able to work 10-hour days and weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES and ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Oversee team of 5-7 hourly dock team members.
- Support dock supervisor with daily tasks
- Maintain a safe, secure, and productive work environment.
- Fosters a proactive, participative, cooperative work environment that works in conjunction with all other departments, shifts, and areas within the organization to maximize productivity and performance.
- Monitor, manage and promote proper safety, cleanliness, organization of equipment, workplace, and tools.
- Performs all other duties as necessary for the effectiveness of the Cross Dock operation.
- Operate sit down forklift.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED required.

EXPERIENCE:
One (1) year preferred experience in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain or warehousing. One (1) year of leadership experience preferred. Two (2) years of sit-down forklift experience. Must have a close attention to detail. Must be able to work as a team and collaborate. Must be able to communicate and listen effectively to team members. Knowledge of standard warehouse and DOT policy preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for leading a team of hourly team members.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient with Microsoft office and preferred experience with a warehouse management or transportation management systems.
