Summary
Our client, a top-tier professional services firm with a large global footprint, seeks a Physical Security Manager (Security Manager // NOT a cybersecurity role) responsible for overseeing and strengthening physical security operations across the United States and key locations in Latin America, to safeguard its people, offices, and assets. The incumbent will assist in the development of consistent security practices that tie into the Firm’s global security program. The Security Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, as well as managing security platforms and third party security vendors. Responsibilities
Security Operations Support:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining standardized security policies and procedures across regional offices
- Support Office Managers with security best practices, and help identify and implement practical remediation measures
- Support the planning and execution of annual security assessments
- Ensure consistent service delivery and performance from 3rd party security vendors
- Assist in the operation and management of security technology systems (e.g., access control, emergency alerting, threat monitoring)
- Report local security incidents/issues into the Firm’s incident management reporting system
- Plan and implement security measures for major company events held throughout the year and provide on-site support during events
Incident Management and Intelligence:
- Act as a point of escalation in managing global security incidents
- Provide operational support during incident response, ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders and proper reporting
- Support the day-to-day use of security intelligence platforms, including reviewing automated alerts and escalating where needed
- Help maintain local office awareness of emerging risks and coordinate with third-party providers for periodic security reviews
Business Continuity:
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of business continuity plans across regional offices
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of tabletop exercises and continuity drills, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied
- Work with Office Managers to embed resilience practices into daily operations and ensure preparedness for potential disruptions
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years of corporate private-sector experience required; professional services and global experience strongly preferred
- Significant hands-on experience in supplier negotiations and vendor management
- Strong understanding of corporate security policies and compliance
- Understanding of global risk management frameworks and relevant standards; for example - ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 31030 (travel risk management)

40+ hours a week guaranteed, locations to vary, however the same days off will be pretty consistent. Most of the shifts you work will be over night grave shifts , some of them will be swing and occasionally we will ask you to work days. We do our best to give you a consistent schedule and as we grow other opportunities may become available.
1st Year Hourly Pay: $30.00 + $1.00/hour (uniform maintenance) = $31.00/hr
2nd year Hourly Pay or when you make supervisor, whichever is first: $32.00 + $1.00/hour (uniform maintenance) = $33.00/hr
Vacation Time: 24 hours the 1st year (based on working 40 hours/week) then an additional 8 hours added every year thereafter (2nd year 32 hrs, 3rd year 40 hrs, 4th year 48 hrs, etc.)
Annual Bonus: We pay $100 for the 1st year anniversary and an additional $100 for every year thereafter. (2nd year $200, 3rd year $300, etc)

Job Description: Our Flex Officers are trained to work at every job site within SGT. This includes working mobile vehicle patrol. We depend on our Flex Officers to work a job site whenever there is a call off or a fire watch. Typical job site locations would be; San Francisco, Berkeley, Redwood City, Fremont, San Jose, Mountain View, etc.
The mobile vehicle patrol aspect of this job will have you driving all of the Bay Area in a marked security vehicle (picked up in Newark CA), which is usually a black Ford Explorer with light bar and spotlights. Officers visit many different properties throughout each night. Typical mobile patrol duties are to look for anything unusual, enforce parking rules, scan checkpoints, write detailed reports w/pictures, and respond to calls for service like an alarm or noise complaint.
Summary: Essentially we depend on our Flex Officers for just about everything. We are still a startup company so you must be "ALL IN" on this opportunity, which simply means you are dedicated to do whatever is needed to take care of our clients. Normally we work 8 hour shift, however sometimes this means working 12 hour shifts and working extra days to help cover open shifts. However, our goal is for everyone to be able to make great money and not have to work overtime on a regular basis.
Once a Flex Officer has been shown to be proficient at all SGT job locations, that officer may be promoted to Supervisor and a $2/hour increase in pay. Supervisors are then groomed to become managers.
Job Duties Including But Not Limited To:
- Drive from property to property in a marked security vehicle.
- Post check security officers for well being and uniform inspections.
- Train security officers on post orders and standard operating procedures.
- Work post sites when officers are late or call off.
- Answer phones and dispatch the officers in the field for service calls.
- Respond to service calls.
- Walk around the property checking areas of interest from Client.
- Conduct patrol tours of using a checkpoint scanning system with smartphone.
- Identify potential security risks and report them.
- Complete incident reports and required reports for all security incidents using a smartphone.
- Respond to emergencies or incidents and report them.
- Assist employees and visitors with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Escalate emergency situations to law enforcement as needed.

IT Access Administration Analyst / IAM will manage and support access control and identity management for various applications and platforms. This role will involve administering user access, ensuring compliance with security policies and automating access control processes to keep the environment secure. JOB SUMMARY
Master Technology Group (MTG) specializes in designing, installing, and servicing low-voltage commercial property technologies across local and national markets.
The Integrated Security Systems Technician (Traveling) provides customer-focused, workplace technology support to clients, field staff, installation partners, and internal team members. While most support work is performed remotely, occasional on-site assistance may be required locally and nationally.
Supported systems are primarily security-related, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and EAS. Additional support may encompass network programming, fire alarm systems, data infrastructure, AV, and other low-voltage disciplines.
An MTG Integrated Security Systems Technician must deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, Local Service Partners (LSPs), and colleagues. This role requires technical proficiency, extensive knowledge of low-voltage systems, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Candidates must reside in the Twin Cities area and are expected to perform most of their work from our Eden Prairie, MN office. Periodic job site responsibilities may be required locally and nationally, with travel up to 60% supporting client sites, installations, and service operations.
To assist with critical service issues, the role includes on-call duties as part of daily responsibilities, requiring availability after hours on weekdays. Weekend on-call shifts will be rotated on a scheduled basis to ensure support during urgent weekend needs.
This position reports to the Manager of Technical Services.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support customers, coordinators, field technicians, and project managers with technical advice, troubleshooting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to provide pre-sales and post-sales support for MTG solutions and systems
- Deliver remote and hands-on training to field personnel to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, client specifications, and MTG’s quality standards
- Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting, programming, maintaining, and servicing client systems
- Pre-program, build, and stage equipment for installation when practical, to streamline on-site setup
- Provide remote and on-site programming and commissioning for client systems
- Conduct remote and on-site quality assurance audits to verify system performance and installation standards
- Assist installation, service, and coordination teams with technical planning, issue resolution, and commissioning, ensuring systems operate as intended and meet MTG quality standards
- Provide user training to client representatives
- Provide technical training to field personnel and colleagues

QUALIFICATIONS

- MN Power Limited Technician License (PLT) required

- Proven ability to design, configure, and program a variety of security-related systems
- Demonstrated experience in delivering user training to client representatives and technical training to field personnel

Physical Security Consultant
Our firm is partnering with a leading multidisciplinary engineering and consulting organization to identify a Physical Security Consultant to support a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors including aviation, civic and cultural facilities, corporate environments, government, healthcare, higher education, science and technology, and sports venues.
This role can be based in Atlanta, GA; Jacksonville, FL; Raleigh, NC; or Charleston, SC.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Risk Analysis: Conduct threat, vulnerability, and asset analyses (security risk assessments) to identify security gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Facility Hardening: Support and oversee site hardening initiatives including the use of vehicle barriers, ballistic-rated materials, and other protective infrastructure.
- Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED): Apply CPTED principles to improve safety and deter criminal activity within facility and campus environments.
- Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and system strategies for client organizations.
- Advisory Support: Provide expert recommendations to leadership and stakeholders on strengthening security posture and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Technology Management: Lead evaluation, selection, and vendor coordination for security technologies ensuring compliance with project requirements and budgets.
- Incident Response: Investigate security incidents, evaluate current procedures and countermeasures, and help develop contingency and response plans.
- Compliance & Auditing: Conduct site audits and assessments to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory standards such as ISC and DHS guidelines.
- System Design & Integration: Design and architect physical security systems including access control, video surveillance (VMS), and intrusion detection solutions.
- Mentorship: Support the development of junior consultants and security professionals through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain high standards of quality control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge of access control system architecture, components, communication protocols, and credential technologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of video surveillance systems, camera technologies, and recording platforms.
- Demonstrated knowledge of intrusion detection systems and associated technologies.
- Understanding of security communications systems including radio, intercom, public address systems, and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with building design and construction processes is preferred.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or a related field preferred.
- CSC, PSP, or CPP certification required.
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in physical security consulting, security management, or integrated security system design.
- Experience conducting risk and vulnerability assessments required.
- Experience supporting network design for security systems is a plus.
- Ability to travel approximately 20% as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
