As a Concierge for Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to and from our shop for our guests. You will provide excellent guest service by anticipating our guests' needs through greeting, checking in and out our guests as well as ongoing updates throughout the day. Additionally, you will drive our branded vehicle and are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations all the while assisting with getting in and out of the shuttle, and ensuring the shuttle is clean and comfortable.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes
  • Providing a safe shuttle service for our valued guests
  • Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers
  • Check guests in and out
  • Assist with Social Media content and other Marketing/Event Planning
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist with keeping the lobby clean and organized

To sell The Brothers that just do Gutters services to the public so as to generate a quality product for the customer and profit for the company.

Sales and Estimating Responsibilities

  • Attends all estimates on time.
  • Prices new opportunities within 48 hours of the onsite visit with prospect using The Brothers that just do Gutters production rates.
  • Returns incoming phone calls in a professional manner, within 8 business hours of call.
  • Provides product differentiation to customer throughout selling process (assists customer in understanding exactly what they are paying for and why it is a superior product.)
  • Effectively sells the company's services to the customer in a competitive atmosphere by understanding the customers' needs and selling to satisfy those needs.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids. Gets a \"yes\" or a \"no\" on all bids.
  • Maintain closing % of at least 40%
  • Develops a well thought out prospecting plan focusing on generating leads for the company.
  • Participates in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote company.
  • Maintains an organized work flow and process using company CRM.

Other Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates positive leadership through all actions with all employees.
  • Works the necessary hours per week in order to perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Assists in problem solving and implementing solutions.

Job Overview:

This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in April 2026. Interviews will begin in March 2026.

We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guest.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest 
  • Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
  • Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
  • Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
  • Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns 
  • Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
  • Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
  • Meet or exceed hourly goals
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and strong communication
  • A desire for long-term career development

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
  • Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
  • Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
  • Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
  • Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
  • Drive manual transmissions vehicles
  • Efficiently navigate a computer
