Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, hybrid, or fully remote role for a Real Estate Paralegal, based in Anderson, SC. The primary responsibilities will be conducting thorough legal research and gathering relevant documents for real estate closing transactions, managing files and maintaining organized records for closings, communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders regarding file updates and documentation, due diligence, handling title insurance, and working with residential real estate transactions on a day-to-day basis ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines throughout the real estate process. Additional tasks involve working closely with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes and compliance with legal regulations.
