As a Senior Legal Counsel on NiCE’s Americas Legal team, you will support high‑value commercial and technology transactions that are central to NiCE’s customer experience business. The role is focused on enabling growth of NiCE’s CXone Mpower platform through the negotiation and structuring of complex technology, SaaS, and strategic partnership agreements. You will work closely with sales, product, finance, security, and privacy stakeholders to address issues at the intersection of cloud technology, data protection, and regulatory compliance, while providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
In addition to transactional responsibilities, you will contribute to the development of scalable contracting processes, legal playbooks, and operational improvements to support a rapidly growing and evolving business. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel for NiCE Americas, this hybrid role requires two days per week in the office and offers the opportunity to operate as a trusted legal advisor within a global, AI‑driven customer experience organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements
Technical Expertise
- Education and Licensing: Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- SaaS and Technology Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of legal experience, with substantial experience supporting SaaS, cloud computing, and enterprise software transactions primarily on the vendor side.
- Transactional Expertise: Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex SaaS and technology agreements, including Data Processing Agreements and, where applicable, Business Associate Agreements.
- Legal Acumen: Strong working knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property law, including familiarity with U.S. and international data protection regimes and evolving regulatory trends.
- In‑House Experience: Prior in‑house legal experience supporting a commercial or technology‑driven business environment.
Preferred Experience

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care:
Perform oral prophylaxis, periodontal scaling and root planning, and application of fluoride treatments and sealants as trained, licensed, and assigned
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including charting, periodontal probing, and evaluation of oral tissues.

Sterilization & Infection Control:
Sterilize instruments and disinfect treatment areas in accordance with OSHA, CDC, and WCHC guidelines
Ensure all dental equipment is cleaned, maintained, and functioning properly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records using the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Ensure the operatory is clean, stocked, and ready for patient care.
Ensure all patient records and related documentation are managed and maintained in a timely and accurate manner, and are compliant with all HIPAA and associated regulations and regulatory requirements.

About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial operator who can take ownership of the day-to-day growth and operations of the company.

Responsibilities

Rocky Top Catering is seeking a high-energy, proven, hands-on Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at our UNC Chapel Hill location. This is a flagship leadership role within a complex, high-volume environment that spans institutional dining, athletics, premium stadium hospitality, and upscale catering. The Executive Chef will report directly to the Culinary Director and serve as a key ambassador for our brand, team, and clients.
Position Overview
The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary facets of a from-scratch operation supporting stadium-wide events, athletic dining, luxury suites and boxes, corporate drop-off catering, and upscale on- and off-site events. The ideal candidate is operationally sharp, logistically minded, administratively strong, and thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments.
This role requires a leader who is firm and concise on the floor, yet approachable, flexible, and supportive when coaching and mentoring the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute all culinary operations for stadium events, premium hospitality, and catering services
- Plan and execute large-scale events with a logistics-driven, one-month-out mindset, accounting for limited space, time, equipment, and staffing
- Manage and mentor culinary teams through hands-on leadership, coaching, and development
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation

Role Overview

Operations & Systems Ownership

Vendor Research & Infrastructure
