Key Responsibilities


We are looking for Construction Project Managers for multiple site locations (VA, NC, OH, GA). You will own large-parcel, large-building, time-critical site development projects typically ranging from $5M–$20M+, with full accountability for:

  • Schedule
  • Budget & margin
  • Cost-to-complete
  • Change management
  • Customer trust


These projects move fast. Drawings change. Scope evolves. Customers expect speed and precision. Your job is to keep the project profitable and on track without slowing the work down.


  • Acting as the CEO of your project with full P&L accountability.
  • Building and managing detailed cost-to-complete models.
  • Translating drawings into quantities, volumes, labor, and cost impact.
  • Managing schedule-critical work in fast-moving customer environments.
  • Partnering closely with superintendents and field crews.
  • Driving margin through disciplined financial and operational decisions.
  • Leading from the project site office and the field, not from behind the desk at corporate HQ.


Qualifications

This role favors engineers who think like operators, not administrators.


Required:

  • Engineering degree (Civil preferred; Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical acceptable).
  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-million-dollar project budgets.
  • Ability to be onsite at the project site. Typical project durations last 12-18 months.
  • Comfortable with project calculations: volumes, unit rates, productivity.
  • Experience owning project P&L, not just tracking it, and running profitable projects.
  • Bias for action and ability to adapt quickly to change.


Strongly Valued:

- Jabil is seeking a Software Test Development Engineer who will directly contribute to the transformative growth within our Global cloud Test Development (GCTD) team in the Cloud Enterprise and Intelligent Infrastructure (CE&I) division by applying unique and innovative approaches to solving problems within a large-scale software production environment.

- As the Software Test Development Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of hardware products, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process and customer satisfaction.

- You will be responsible for contributing to the end-to-end architecture, definition, development and production deployment of production software applications and infrastructure spanning multiple customers and manufacturing regions.

- You will also be responsible for interfacing with internal engineering, manufacturing and quality teams and our end customers to ensure your software deliverables meet the rigorous standards of Jabil’s world-class manufacturing environments.

What will you do?

Test System Development:

- Design and develop test systems and procedures for manufacturing processes. This includes creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts to assess the functionality and performance of hardware components or devices such as:

- Motherboard,

- Memory,

- CPU,

- Storage (SSD, HDD, NVMe) and

- PCIE devices (NIC, GPU, Mezz cards, RAID cards)

Software Development Test:

- Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts that automate the testing process.

- This software may include code for controlling test equipment, collecting and analyzing data, and generating test reports.

Sustaining Test:

- Support and maintenance for the manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11) level test software and infrastructure deployed at our production facilities, including the implementation of minor system configuration changes (new IPNs).

Test Infrastructure Expansions:

- Support the site’s manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11) current test infrastructure as well as future expansions planning, deployments, and assembly.

Debugging and Troubleshooting:

- Diagnose and resolve issues with test software, or hardware components (servers, switches, racks, L10, L12) that may arise during the manufacturing process.

Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11) documentation of test procedures, specifications, and Infrastructure.

Collaboration:

  • Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or risks.
  • Ensure adherence to company and OSHA safety protocols.
  • Conduct daily site walks, quality checks, and progress documentation.
  • Oversee material deliveries, equipment planning, and manpower requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, field engineers, and ownership.
  • Drive the project through completion, punch list, and turnover.


Qualifications

  • 8–15+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record leading large‑scale ground‑up projects ($30M–$100M+).
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial building systems and sequencing.
  • Experience with Procore or similar field construction platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and fast‑paced field operations simultaneously.
