The Program Manager (PM) is a delivery leader responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of a data center infrastructure services on behalf of IG Consulting. Core Responsibilities:

1. Program Coordination & Schedule Management

  • Maintain and track program schedules for assigned workstreams, flagging schedule risks and dependencies to the Sr. PM
  • Coordinate crew readiness, site access, and materials availability ahead of planned work activities
  • Confirm crews have current, approved MOPs and SOPs in hand before any work begins
  • Support weekly program reviews and status reporting, contributing updates on assigned programs
  • Document and track action items, risks, and issues arising from daily execution

2. Infrastructure Service Delivery Oversight

  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery across active service areas including high-density compute rack deployments (GB300 and similar), network infrastructure buildouts, structured cabling, break/fix operations, and rack installation and lifecycle management
  • Monitor crew execution on assigned programs to ensure work is progressing per schedule and in compliance with specifications
  • Confirm site readiness conditions are met prior to crew deployment — access, safety clearances, and materials in place
  • Escalate execution issues, quality concerns, or MOP/SOP deviations to the Sr. PM immediately
  • Support acceptance activities by ensuring team-produced documentation, test results, and as-built records are complete and accurate before submission to client

3. MOP/SOP Compliance & Quality Monitoring

  • Verify that crews are executing against current, client-approved MOPs and SOPs for all assigned work activities
  • Monitor quality checkpoints throughout execution and flag deviations or defects for resolution
  • Support corrective action tracking when issues are identified during execution or acceptance testing
  • Maintain accurate program documentation in alignment

4. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as a daily point of coordination for field supervisors, site leads, and crew members on assigned programs
  • Communicate program status, risks, and crew updates to the Sr. PM on a regular cadence
  • Support client-facing reporting by providing accurate, timely inputs on assigned workstreams
  • Assist in preparing materials for governance forums, QBRs, and delivery reviews as directed

5. Team & Crew Support

  • Coordinate with field supervisors and site leads to ensure crews are properly resourced and briefed for each work activity
  • Support onboarding of new crew members to assigned programs, including site orientation and documentation review
  • Reinforce a safety-first culture: ensure crew compliance with client EHS requirements, data center access protocols, and IG Consulting safety policies
  • Escalate crew performance concerns, capacity gaps, or safety issues to the Sr. PM promptly


Qualifications Required:

  • 2+ years of program or project coordination experience in data center, infrastructure, or technology deployment environments
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinate across field teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with MOP/SOP-driven execution environments and the importance of procedural compliance in live data center settings
  • Strong organizational and communication skills — comfortable coordinating with crews, supervisors, and internal leadership

Summary

Our client, a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager. The Electrical PM will have expertise in electrical systems including electrical distributed power generation, feeds, distribution, lighting, fire alarm, emergency power, UPS, and low voltage systems. The PE is responsible for overseeing the engineering of these systems for major capital projects and initiatives from conceptualization through programming, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, and close out.


The Electrical PM will be responsible for multiple high-complexity projects of diverse scope that require an understanding of state of the art construction techniques and a high level of expertise in electrical systems, as well as rigor in compliance, and the highest standard of care. Science projects include research laboratories, vivarium, pilot scale manufacturing, major scientific equipment, amenity space, outdoor plaza, site lighting, and infrastructure projects.


The Electrical PM shall collaborate with the project team to effectively identify innovative solutions and bring clarity to the project process using a sophisticated analytical approach and sound judgement. Core focus areas include defining and meeting project goals for electrical systems, reviewing budgets, schedules, scopes, and quality, as well as risk mitigation and responding to field conditions and construction logistics and challenges.


The Electrical PM will be responsible to lead design teams and Construction Managers in both the pre-construction due diligence, design and scoping process with a focus on quality management, project controls, and user engagement as well as leading their teams through the bidding and construction administration process with a focus on field coordination, commissioning, substantial completion and close out.


Responsibilities

  • Assists the Project Management team in developing the budget and schedule for design and construction projects, including renovations and green field projects.
  • Works closely with Project Management, Engineering, Space Planning, EHS, Operations, and User teams to fully and rigorously document the electrical system requirements in the Owner’s Project Requirements document.
  • Performs preliminary due diligence explorations of existing electrical systems during project initiation to identify any potential risks to the project and any opportunities for improving the building systems of existing buildings.
  • Assists the Project Manager and Procurement in the development of scopes of work for design professionals, construction managers, general contractors and commissioning agent RFPs. Assist in the evaluation and bid leveling of proposals.
  • Participates in regular project meetings.
  • Works directly with hired MEP engineers, consultants, and contractors to answer questions, resolve issues and develop solutions.
  • Provides supervision for all stages of the development and documentation of electrical requirements for lab and other equipment for the project. Collaborates with the Project Management team, internal engineers, end users, the Asset Management team, EHS, design professionals, lab equipment vendors, design professionals and contractors to ensure that all electrical system requirements for the equipment are met.
  • Provides detailed reviews of and comments on due diligence reports, test fits, Basis of Design documents, room data sheets, construction documents and specifications prepared by the design professionals, checking for thoroughness, accuracy and compliance with the project requirements, design and documentation standards and minimize errors and omissions.
  • Identifies long lead time equipment for potential Early Works purchasing by the contractor
  • Works with the Project Managers, Design Professionals and Contractors to find solutions to mitigate costs and schedule delays due to errors and omissions in the design documents and unforeseeable field conditions

Job Summary:

The Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Sonographer is a highly skilled diagnostic imaging professional specializing in advanced obstetric ultrasound. Working in collaboration with Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians, perinatologists, genetic counselors, and multidisciplinary care teams, the MFM Sonographer performs detailed fetal and maternal imaging to support the diagnosis, monitoring, and management of high-risk pregnancies.

This role requires advanced technical proficiency in fetal anatomy scanning, Doppler studies, and specialized procedures, as well as strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and compassionate patient care. The MFM Sonographer plays a critical role in optimizing maternal and fetal outcomes through accurate imaging, thorough documentation, and effective communication with providers and patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced obstetric ultrasound examinations, including first, second, and third trimester detailed fetal anatomy scans.
  • Conduct specialized MFM studies such as nuchal translucency measurements, fetal echocardiography, biophysical profiles, cervical length assessments, growth scans, and Doppler evaluations (umbilical artery, MCA, ductus venosus, uterine artery).
  • Assist physicians with ultrasound-guided procedures, including amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), fetal blood sampling, and other invasive diagnostic or therapeutic interventions.
  • Accurately capture, analyze, and document sonographic findings in accordance with MFM protocols and established guidelines (e.g., AIUM/ACOG standards).
  • Recognize and promptly report abnormal findings, fetal anomalies, and maternal complications to the interpreting physician.
  • Maintain detailed and timely electronic medical records and image archiving within PACS systems.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout all procedures while providing compassionate support to patients experiencing high-risk pregnancies.
  • Educate patients regarding exam procedures, address questions within scope of practice, and provide emotional reassurance during complex evaluations.
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment performance through routine quality assurance checks and proper care of transducers and imaging systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • NRP within 6 months of hire.
