What kind of person are we looking for? Someone with: Professional appearance The ability to run stump grinding equipment in various weather conditions.

1-2 years of hands-on experience in the green industry Must be able to operate equipment safely.

The responsibility and independence to work autonomously.

Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs.

Valid driver's license Must be dependable Must have experience driving a 1 ton truck and trailer.

Must be able to demonstrate backing a trailer Good hand to eye co-ordination Mechanical skills a plus as they will have to maintain the machine and frequently change out the grinding teeth.
