Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

A degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited respiratory care program is required; minimum associate degree or equivalent as defined by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).

Job Summary

The scope of work for a respiratory therapist includes assessment, therapeutic intervention and education for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders and/or sleep disorders or associated complications. You will join a cohesive department of three nephrologists and two advanced practice clinicians, supported by experienced clinic and dialysis staff. Our team delivers comprehensive kidney care across the continuum, including chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, hypertension, glomerular disorders, and end-stage renal disease. Care is provided across outpatient clinic and dialysis center settings, with strong interdisciplinary collaboration. This position serves a large regional catchment area across North Dakota and Minnesota, providing meaningful opportunities to expand access to specialty kidney care in both urban and rural communities. The role includes travel to established outreach sites, supporting continuity of care and strengthening regional nephrology services.
