A Typical Day...

Joining H&R Block as a Tax Associate means you will have the support of an expert team dedicated to providing you with the tax training you need to be successful. You will also have the freedom, flexibility, and extra earnings you will need to embrace what makes your life uniquely yours.

  • Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools video, phone, chat, email
  • Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
  • Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
  • Provide clients with IRS support
  • Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
  • Grow your tax expertise
It Would Be Even Better If You Also Had...
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment
  • Ability to work a minimum of 25-35 hours weekly throughout tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks

Job Details

Responsibilities
Assists partners and managers on international clients with all facets of tax compliance and consulting.
Preparation and review of tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations with international aspects.
Preparation of client monthly accounting and financial statements.
Analysis of financial data and preparation of reports in conjunction with forensic accounting, bankruptcy, and litigation support work.
Qualifications
BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
2+ years of full-time experience in tax compliance within public accounting with exposure to international tax forms, including but not limited to working on forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8621 and 1116.
CPA license or on track to obtain CPA license.
Expatriate/inpatriate tax experience.
International tax consulting and planning experience.
Attention to detail with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Strong work ethic with ability to comprehend complex accounting issues, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be bilingual Japanese/English

Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a growing manufacturing client in Middlesex.

This role oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, materials management, production planning, and distribution.

The Supply Chain Manager partners closely with Operations, Sales, and Commercialization teams to ensure demand targets are met, inventory is optimized, major supplier contracts are negotiated effectively, and supply chain policies and reporting are executed with excellence.

Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, providing coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

Oversee end-to-end production and materials planning, ensuring accurate scheduling, timely raw/packaging material availability, and alignment with manufacturing capacity.

Manage material handling and warehouse operations, including inventory rotation, documentation accuracy, shelf-life monitoring, and reconciliation between NetSuite and physical stock.

Drive continuous improvement by analyzing inventory trends, optimizing supply chain processes, improving logistics strategies, and assessing equipment and staffing needs.

Lead supplier management activities, including major contract negotiations, supplier performance monitoring, and onboarding new suppliers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Commercialization, and Product Development to ensure service levels, material readiness, and proactive inventory planning.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in a supervisor or manager-level role within supply chain, manufacturing, or related fields.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships.

Demonstrated leadership ability with experience developing talent.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing logistics and product flow.
