POSITION SUMMARY: The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions.

This customer service focused team member is knowledgeable in all areas of the Store’s business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping.

They will be responsible for taking orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services.

The Store Consultant will operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage the production queue and output, manage complex projects, manage retail supply, and complete assigned tasks based on priority.

Parks HVAC is hiring experienced residential HVAC technicians in and around Charlotte, NC (30 mile radius of downtown).


Choose your shift, earn commission on every repair, and keep your weekends. Company truck, tool allowance, 401(k), and PTO included.


What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
  • Present repair options to homeowners and close on the spot
  • Maintain accurate service documentation
  • Keep your truck stocked and ready for the next call


What You'll Bring

  • 1+ year residential HVAC service experience
  • EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Live within 30 miles of Charlotte, NC
  • Strong diagnostic skills and customer-first attitude


Pay Structure

Hourly base varies by shift:

  • Day (Mon - Fri, 8a-5p): $20/hr + $1.00/hr per year of experience
  • Night (Mon-Fri, 12pm-9pm): $22/hr + $1.50/hr per year of experience
  • Weekend (4 10 or 3 12): $24/hr + $2.50/hr per year of experience

Commission on top:

  • 10-12% on repairs (paid when deposit collected)
  • Same-day flip bonuses up to 4%
