We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative – Tube Fabrication Services to accelerate growth in fabricated metal components and tube-based assemblies. This role is heavily focused on new business development, prospecting, and expanding market presence across OEM, industrial, and custom fabrication markets.
$90,000 Base + commission

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for fabrication capabilities and tube-based assembly services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within assigned territories and market segments.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in an OEM B2B environment.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools with clear activity tracking and forecasting accuracy.
- Develop long-term relationships with engineering teams, procurement, buyers, and operational leadership at customer organizations.
- Conduct on-site customer visits, technical presentations, and plant tours to understand customer applications and requirements.
- Lead factory tours and sales presentations for prospective customers.
- Provide customers with technical guidance on manufacturability, welding processes, tolerances, materials, and design feasibility in partnership with internal engineering and estimating teams.
- Interpret and review blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications for accurate proposal development.
- Share customer and market insights with internal teams to support continuous improvement and business initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and new technologies in tube fabrication, metal processing, and assembly production.
- Represent the organization at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen market visibility.
- Travel approximately 30–50%.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- 3+ years of industrial, manufacturing, or OEM sales experience.
- Proven success in new business development and consultative technical selling.
- Experience with metal fabrication
Technical Skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and make-to-order environments.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Compensation Pay Range: $11.13 - $20.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Essential Job Functions:
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
- Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise.
- Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving the professional customers as needed and directed.
- Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone by answering all calls according to company policy, accurately looking up parts and quote prices, recommending premium and related items, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee.

- Perform various in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow) - (i.e.; install wipers, test and charge batteries, test charging system, scan vehicle trouble codes, replace headlight capsules, etc.)
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries (Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements) when business needs dictate.
- All other duties as assigned.

Perform preventative maintenance of medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, reefer units, converter dolly under minimal supervision. Ensure compliance with all State and Federal trucking regulations. - Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
- Install, replace, and repair onboard computers.
- Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition which may require replacement of parts.
- Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery requiring the use of hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, and precision instruments, as well as power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, and jacks and hoists.

What We’re Looking For:
