Job Summary: The Commercial Vehicle Consultant works collaboratively within our national Commercial Sales team to develop emerging markets, identify new business opportunities, and initiate outreach to prospective commercial clients.
This role focuses on lead generation, outbound engagement, and supporting sales operations across the commercial mobility market.
Essential Job Functions and Duties: · Drive proactive market intelligence efforts by identifying and qualifying businesses providing wheelchair-accessible transportation using advanced digital research tools and data platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, online business directories, and industry-specific databases).
· Execute 30–50 high-impact outbound sales activities daily (calls, emails, social outreach) to engage prospects, identify key decision-makers, and generate qualified commercial opportunities.
· Expand brand presence through strategic community and industry networking, representing MBW at local events, professional groups, and transportation/mobility networks to develop new business channels.
· Maintain exceptional CRM accuracy and discipline, ensuring all prospect, client, and activity data is fully documented, current, and actionable to support pipeline management and forecasting.
· Develop and strengthen partnerships across OEM dealerships, Fleet Management companies, Transportation providers, Micro Transit organizations, NEMT operators, Senior Living Communities, and Group Homes to drive long-term commercial growth.
· Lead the development of complex vehicle quotations, utilizing company tools, configuration systems, and customer requirements to generate precise full-size vehicle proposals.
· Support the end-to-end vehicle conversion process, ensuring documentation, specifications, and order requirements are accurate and aligned with production timelines.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Local Store General Managers, Service Managers, and operational staff to clearly communicate commercial expectations, align on client needs, and ensure seamless delivery of commitments.
· Ensure absolute compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable state and industry regulations.

Position Qualifications and Experience: · High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Unload trucks of all incoming shipments to the distribution center
Open and unpack all shipments received
Complete inventory count and quality control checks for all incoming shipments including examining for theft and/or damage
Match incoming inventory to invoices and packing slips for proper size, quantity, color, style etc.
Ensure boxes are bar-coded / labeled correctly
Stock shelves with new inventory
Perform all other functions as required
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Previous distribution center or shipping experience is preferred

Able to learn to operate wave machine, hi-lo machine, power jack, and electric lift

Job Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the warehouse, ERP, inventory, and receiving staff. The supervisor will engage in planning, verifying, assigning, and keeping records on incoming shipments (raw materials and packaging) and finished goods freezer. This role will provide daily instruction to the direct reports based on the needs of production. The supervisor position will require strong collaboration with various departments to create seamlessness transitioning from received products through to completion and preparation of shipment to the logistics department. Inclusively, this role will require the ability to interview, assist with hiring, and adequately train and develop employees.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee incoming receiving activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of goods.
- Determines space requirements and position of raw materials freezer and cooler, dry storage, packaging and finished goods freezer
- Inspects material handling equipment for defects and notifies maintenance personnel or contacts outside service facility for repair.
- Maintains and leads cycle counts
- Effectively utilize ERP system and ensure employees are trained effectively optimize the system
- Maintains material handling equipment maintenance report.
- Directs movement of receiving platform to storage and work areas.
- Adequately maintains inventory and cross collaborates with purchasing and scheduling to ensure correct balance

Job Summary
The Territory Sales Representative has a responsibility to meet and exceed sales objectives in their assigned geography while in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards. The territory sales representative will work to understand and identify customer needs, aligning appropriate resources and all pull through activities. The territory sales representative will acquire advanced product and disease state knowledge that allows for in-depth engagement with all health care professionals. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this individual will promote the company's first ever product calling on Gastroenterologists, Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs) and select Primary Care Physicians in assigned territory to achieve sales goals. The territory sales representative will work closely with peers, Regional Sales Managers, and commercial colleagues to achieve territory, region, and corporate goals.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Drives sales performance to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise to effectively engage Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office-staff delivering clinically focused messages introducing a new treatment option and overcoming objections.
- Continuously builds understanding of territory market dynamics and market access opportunities accelerating pull through by effectively communicating with HCPs and office staff.
- Works closely with Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists (SAS) to effectively develop territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
- Works with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations driving operational execution and sharing best practices.
- Meets all administrative management responsibilities including effective use of CRM, and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years or more of successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or one year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI Specialty experience preferred
- Proven and consistent track record of success in sales performance
- Experience launching new products
- Demonstrated success leveraging all resources (marketing, market access pull through and technology solutions).
- Proven business acumen and analytical expertise
- Builds professional relationships with office staff and others in the customer network
- Demonstrated success in both live and virtual interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong technical skills, computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and digital meeting platforms including Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom etc.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Some territory overnight travel may be required depending on geography
- Travel to national, regional, and corporate office may be required
