The Mission
With a customer-centric mindset, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting revenue growth and market expansion by proactively engaging customers, qualifying and nurturing leads, and providing day-to-day support to the outside sales team to help close sales opportunities. Primary Role Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Representative’s primary responsibility is to support the outside sales team by managing day-to-day sales activities, qualifying and developing opportunities, and ensuring timely and accurate follow-up with customers and distributors. This role also manages a portfolio of smaller and developing customer accounts, drives pipeline growth, and collaborates closely with marketing, product management, and field sales to support revenue growth and deliver a seamless customer experience. Key duties include:
- Support the outside sales team by qualifying leads, developing opportunities, preparing and following up on quotes, and providing ongoing account and sales support.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other lead-generation activities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and distributors on pricing, quotations, and order-related inquiries in support of outside sales efforts
- Own and manage a portfolio of smaller and developing customer accounts, including relationship management, opportunity identification, and closing sales
- Coordinate closely with outside sales representatives to share account insights, schedule meetings, transition growing accounts, and ensure clear ownership and coverage
- Respond to inbound inquiries, follow up on marketing-generated leads, training events and trade shows
- Conduct research to understand customer needs, applications, pain points, and purchasing behavior
- Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotes, sample requests, and product information for both assigned accounts and outside sales support
- Manage sales opportunities through the pipeline—from qualification through closing—using Salesforce CRM
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete customer, opportunity, and activity records in Salesforce to ensure pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales activities with campaigns, promotions, and product initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of IDEC solutions
- Escalate complex technical questions, negotiations, or strategic opportunities to the Inside Sales Manager or outside sales team as appropriate
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, account growth goals, and activity metrics

- 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or account management experience in a B2B sales environment

Overview:
CI Segall Bryant & Hamill seeks an Advisor Consultant to join our team. The Advisor Consultant, in partnership with a Director of Sales, will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with intermediary clients (Financial Advisors, RIAs, bank trust platforms and family offices) that maximize long-term holdings of CI Segall Bryant & Hamill investment solutions including mutual funds, ETFs and separately managed accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop client relationships, including expanding existing client relationships and developing new profitable relationships in multiple territories.
- Conduct consultative, relationship-building sales calls with financial advisors and investment research teams
- Partner with a Director of Sales to develop and implement a territory sales plan.
- Approach interactions with a consultative mindset, starting with client needs and effectively leveraging internal resources needed to meet those needs, including delivering insight-based education, coaching and portfolio construction consultations.

Pay Information
This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Illinois. The pay range for this position is $120,000-130,000 USD per year. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:
- Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
Compensation Summary
The Account Executive position has a first-year average on-target earnings of $90,000. Our compensation package consists of a base salary plus uncapped variable commissions, and a one-time conditional sign-on bonus.
Licensing, Training, and Position Requirements:
- Goosehead will cover one-time costs of all training courses and exam fees to obtain your insurance license
- This role is contingent on you passing your licensing exam, obtaining the state issued license, and successfully completing the Goosehead training program, which will commence on your start date
- Account Executives are equipped with extensive training in , sales process management, business development and more, no previous experience is required.

Job Summary: The Account Executive will drive revenue growth by selling Jungle Scout Cobalt 2.0 to mid-market and enterprise brands and agencies. This role is critical for scaling our Enterprise Business Unit and delivering impactful solutions that help global consumer brands optimize their Amazon and retail media strategies.

Key Outcomes and Objectives:- Achieve and exceed sales quotas by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Position Jungle Scout as the go-to solution for Amazon competitive intelligence and retail media analytics.
Primary Objective: Deliver consistent revenue growth by driving full-cycle sales, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals with strategic clients.
Key Performance Objectives:
- Build a sales pipeline of self-sourced opportunities through outbound prospecting within the first 60 days.
- Close an estimated 3–5 deals in the first 6 months, aligned with ramping quotas:
- 0% in Month 1
- 25% in Month 2
- 50% in Month 3
- 100% in Month 4 onward.
- Successfully sell enterprise solutions with an average deal size of $100K+ ARR by the end of the first year.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Revops and Technical teams throughout the sales cycle to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.

Technical Skills:

You'll be responsible for:
Event Coordination & Logistics
- Coordinating all aspects of events, including in-person and virtual sales events, trade shows, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Orchestrating all components of in-person events: venue negotiations/bookings, team travel/hotels, food and beverage, audiovisual requirements, décor, and preparing and shipping event materials.
- Onsite execution: Acting as a main liaison with event organizers, connecting with venues to ensure all details are communicated clearly, setting up booths, managing registration, taking event photos/videos for social media, and managing booth take-down.
Virtual Event & Webinar Production
- Managing all deliverables for virtual events and webinars: scheduling, finding panelists, asset creation, and RSVP tracking.
- Technical execution, including setting up Zoom links, creating "AddEvent" calendar codes, and managing complex breakout room assignments for the Sales Team.
- Acting as a strategic partner to the Sales Team, using clear success metrics and post-event analysis to inform event decisions and demonstrate impact on pipeline management.
- Performing follow-up duties such as registration and attendance reporting, downloading recordings, and listing chapter timestamps for video replay edits.
Marketing & Sales Support
- Assisting in the execution of various marketing initiatives (digital campaigns, newsletters, advertising, brochures, and sell sheets).
- Digital Asset Management: Duplicating and updating event landing pages (Pardot), integrating them with Salesforce, and ensuring the website event pages stay current.
- Lead Management: Categorizing prospect lists for sales and marketing leaders and ensuring all attendees are properly entered into the CRM for follow-up.
- Proposing new ideas to improve the event-planning process, such as creating event scorecards or intake forms.
Business Development & Sponsorship
- Acting as a sponsorship coordinator for major conferences, managing renewals, and conducting feedback meetings with high-level clients.
- Researching and vetting new event opportunities, speeches, and trade show sponsorships to determine best fit.
Administration & Finance
- Keeping track of event ROI and finances, including check requests, invoicing, and Amex reporting.
- Participating in budget development and entering expenses into the database.
- Providing general administrative and clerical support to the team as needed, including creating personalized itineraries for traveling team members.
