Job Overview
The Manager, Starbucks is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the licensed Starbucks café inside Macy’s. The Manager ensures an efficient, professional, safe, and profitable business while upholding Starbucks brand standards and Macy’s Foods Division expectations. The Manager oversees daily operations, drives sales and profitability, and fosters a positive, inclusive team culture. Through strong leadership, operational excellence, and partnership with both Starbucks and Macy’s leadership, the Manager delivers an exceptional customer experience and ensures the café consistently meets brand, quality, and financial goals.
What You Will Do
- Oversee all aspects of café operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and brand-right environment that meets Starbucks, Macy’s Foods Division, and Health Department standards.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop Supervisors and Baristas, building a motivated and high-performing team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by modeling Starbucks customer connection standards and Macy’s service expectations.
- Ensure consistent preparation, presentation, and merchandising of all food and beverage products in alignment with Starbucks standards.
- Develop and execute schedules and labor plans that optimize productivity, control costs, and maintain excellent service levels.
- Manage ordering, receiving, inventory, and invoice processing to achieve targeted food and beverage costs and stay within budget.
- Review financial reports and take appropriate action to meet sales, expense, and profit goals.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations while maintaining a clean and organized café environment.
- Oversee cash handling, point-of-sale operations, and adherence to all financial policies and procedures.
- Build strong partnerships with Macy’s leadership and Starbucks District Managers to align on strategy, goals, and operational priorities.
- Serve as a role model in professionalism, appearance, communication, and alignment with company values.
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.

Who You Are
- Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of retail, restaurant, or food service management experience are encouraged to apply. Starbucks or Starbucks licensed café experience preferred.
- Must be ServSafe certified or have food handler permit as required by state or local health department.
- Must be able to successfully obtain Barista Basics, Barista Trainer, Daily Ops, and LS Leader certifications for Starbucks Licensed leaders within introductory period.
- This position requires heavy lifting, constant moving, remaining in a stationary position, and reaching with arms and hands. Involves remaining in a stationary position for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30 lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. May involve reaching above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on department and company needs.

As a CenterWell Home Health nurse, reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care that helps patients regain independence in the comfort of their homes. Working with a dedicated team of physicians and clinicians, you'll manage care plans that support recovery and help patients get back to the life they love.
As a Home Health LPN, you will:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients, working onsite in their homes, under the direction of an RN.
- Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, including documentation of patient visit, interventions, and outcomes.
- Maintain contact with patients, physicians, clinical manager(s), and other members of the healthcare team promptly regarding patient or family needs and status changes. Participate in care coordination activities and discharge planning.

Required Qualifications:
Current nursing license in the practicing state

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace, and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (i.e., tractors, trailers, bobtails, reefers, lift gates, etc.).
Perform preventative maintenance within DOT standards.
Mentor other maintenance shop personnel.
Receive road calls, assign third party vendor, and work with business partners to triage appropriate plan of action including equipment swaps etc.
Utilize fleet maintenance software system tablet to fully document equipment repair and parts used.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations and government guidelines.

Must furnish own personal hand tools.
Ability to comply with EPA and OSHA regulations pertaining to the shop and fleet.

Schedule
- Shift: Front-end nights (Sunday–Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)
- Hours: 4:30 PM – 4:30 AM
- Training: 6 weeks on Thursday–Saturday + alternating Wednesdays, 4:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Operate wafer processing and metrology tools in a Class 10 cleanroom
- Follow documented procedures and engineering instructions
- Maintain lab cleanliness and safety standards
- Document results and communicate clearly via email and internal systems
- Perform basic troubleshooting and send daily shift passdowns
- Walk 3–8 miles/day and lift/carry ~20 lbs regularly
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Proven job stability and ability to adapt to changing priorities

We are searching for our next Project Manager with demonstrated leadership in all phases of project management. This is a local role, in Clackamas, Oregon.
The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of general contractor experience specifically with ground up and Tenant Improvement (TI) projects such as restaurants, fine dining, retail, multifamily, and free standing financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for managing overall success of multiple projects (planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution) and driving results by partnering with assistant project manager(s), superintendents, estimator, ownership, and clients.

Qualification:
● You hold a high school diploma (or equivalent); a college degree in building science, construction management, or engineering, preferred. A relevant combination of education and experience will be considered.
● You have a minimum of five years in the commercial construction industry, in the general contractor companies.
● Ideal candidates will have experience with fast food, fine dining, retail, financial institutions, multi-family, commercial, tenant improvement, and/or industrial.
● You are knowledgeable in computer programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, Building Connected, Procore, Smartsheet, PlanGrid, and Viewpoint.
