Job Summary

The Purchasing Analyst is responsible for managing end‑to‑end procurement activities for products, components, and supplies. This role focuses on purchasing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization while supporting supply chain efficiency and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships, including evaluating bids and price changes, negotiating contracts and terms (pricing, MOQs, payment terms, lead times, and volume discounts), issuing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Analyze spend data, purchasing history, market trends, and supplier pricing to identify cost‑saving opportunities, supply risks, and process improvements.
  • Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to assess capabilities, pricing competitiveness, quality, reliability, and compliance with company standards.

  • Collaborate with forecasting, logistics, inventory management, quality, warehouse, finance, and sales teams to ensure alignment on purchasing needs.
  • Track and report procurement KPIs, savings achieved, spend analysis, and compliance metrics; prepare reporting for leadership review.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, regulatory changes, and procurement best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to purchasing processes, systems, and automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related role (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence pricing, terms, and supplier performance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba).
  • Solid understanding of purchasing processes, sourcing strategies, contract fundamentals, and supply chain principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams and build strong supplier relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Job Overview:


The Claims Intake Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for individuals filing insurance claims, assisting clients in collecting and verifying essential claim information. This role will ensure accurate documentation, facilitate the intake process, and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the claims handling. The Claims Intake Specialist will be responsible for processing claims efficiently, collaborating with team members, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is obtained to initiate the claims process.


Responsibilities:


Claims Intake and Processing

  • Review incoming claim submissions for completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter claim details into the claims management software system.
  • Ensure all required documentation (accident reports, supporting evidence) is included.


Customer Service and Communication

  • Respond to calls and emails from insureds or claimants regarding claims submission.
  • Provide status updates on claims to insured, claimants, and agents.
  • Verify information against the insured and resolve discrepancies as needed.


Data Entry and Documentation

Job Summary

Benjamin Moore & Co. is currently looking for an ambitious and self-motivated National Account Representative to play a critical role in building relationships with our clients and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales. You will oversee the development, implementation, and execution of the national account (NA) sales strategy in North America primarily focusing on the franchise painter segment, national account brands, and the architect and design (A&D) segment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, pursue and maintain corporate National Accounts
  • Directly engage with Franchisors, Franchisee Painters, and the A&D community on a one-on-one or group level to monitor the overall effectiveness in meeting their business needs and develop respectful business relationships that promote long-term brand loyalty and drive sales
  • Strategize short & long-term goals for developing the Franchise Painter customer segment throughout North America. Benjamin Moore provides Student Loan Repayment Assistance Program to support eligible active employees who graduated from an accredited post-secondary educational institution. The Repayment Program is intended to contribute to reducing employee's student loans. The Company follows all rules and regulations concerning the taxability of student loan repayments provided under applicable law.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

  • Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
  • Bilingual - Spanish

Location: On site

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.

Target base salary range is $18.00-$22.00, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
