A Business Advisor is responsible for building relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and offering them financing solutions. This is a B2B sales role where you will be consulting with business owners on a daily basis to help them achieve their financial goals. We're looking for motivated, ambitious individuals who are looking to start or continue to grow a thriving career in B2B sales.
Build Trust: Become a trusted advisor to your clients through the delivery of world-class client service. Understand their business and gather information about their financial situations, goals, and objectives. Must be able to provide value and sell yourself first and foremost.
Educate and Advise: Evaluate and understand hundreds of financial programs and options for small-to-medium-sized businesses. Advise clients on the financing process and recommend the best capital solution for their needs.
Fast Pace: This is a very fast sales cycle and work environment. You will be communicating with many different clients on a daily basis and most transactions are completed in 1-3 days.
End-to-End Sales Role: Our Business Advisors are responsible for facilitating the sales process from start to finish. This includes prospecting clients via call, email, & text. We leverage automated sales support to aid in initial prospecting, but you take over once a client replies or calls in. Part of the prospecting process is done via outbound phone calls. Business Advisors are expected to make 70+ calls per day between initial calls and follow-up work.
The Journey To Business Advising: Upon starting as a Business Advisor, you will complete a one-month, hands-on training program to get you ready before you hit the sales floor. This training program is heavily dependent on repetition and practice. You will learn the specific sales plays & training, hear them in action from current/previous Business Advisors, and then put them to practice in repetition sessions. You will also be trained on the support systems that will help you be a successful Business Advisor. This includes phone systems and other sales support technology, qualification guidelines, underwriting/funding process, Rapid Finance Marketplace, etc.
Once initial training is complete, you will continue to hone your skills with our Sales Director while in a production role. On-the-job training includes continued group training as well as listening to calls and getting direct feedback on how you can improve your process to increase conversions. We pride ourselves on continued coaching to better our Business Advisors and help them climb the promotion tiers within the Business Advisor role. It's one thing to retain information that is trained, we need people who can put it into play and have the discipline to execute on it every time.
Rapid Finance will not sponsor applicants for work visas of any kind for this position. Total compensation package includes a base pay of $30K plus commissions and additional cash incentives. Compensation expectation in total is $125,000-$175,000 per year.

Pyramid is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Software Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth for AIR-Quire and future Pyramid software products. This is a hunter role focused on proactive outreach, cold calling, lead generation, and securing qualified demos within federal civilian and DoD agencies as well as non-governmental entities.
This individual will identify target agencies, research key decision-makers, execute structured call campaigns, and generate qualified opportunities that convert into product demonstrations and revenue. The SDR will work closely with the CGO, Nexus technical team, and CFO to move prospects from initial contact through demo, pricing strategy, and contract award.
This is a new and highly visible role that will help establish Pyramid's product sales engine.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & Cold Outreach
- Conduct structured cold calling campaigns to federal agencies, system integrators, and contracting partners.
- Research and identify target agencies, buying offices, and key decision-makers (COs, PMs, CIO shops, acquisition leadership).
- Build prospect lists using GovWin, , FPDS, LinkedIn, agency forecasts, and other federal data sources.
- Execute outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone campaigns to secure discovery calls and product demos.
- Track outreach cadence and follow-up schedule to ensure persistent, professional engagement.
Sales Planning & Strategy Execution
- Develop and maintain a 30-60-90 day sales plan and call plan aligned to AIR-Quire growth targets.
- Maintain weekly activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings secured, and demos scheduled).
- Track pipeline status and conversion metrics in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Identify target contract vehicles and existing programs where AIR-Quire can be positioned.
- Coordinate with CGO to align outreach with broader capture and growth strategy.
Demo Coordination & Opportunity Advancement
- Qualify prospects before scheduling demos.
- Coordinate with the Nexus team to schedule and prepare technical demonstrations.
- Prepare briefing materials and background summaries for leadership before demos.
- Support follow-up after demos with structured next steps and documented action items.
- Partner with CFO and CGO on pricing strategy and proposal support once an opportunity matures.
Relationship Building
- Establish relationships with federal acquisition professionals and program offices.
- Position AIR-Quire as a mission-enabling AI solution aligned to federal modernization priorities.
- Identify pilot opportunities and land-and-expand pathways.
Qualifications

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Must have at least 3 years of Business Development Representative/Sales Development/Technical Product Sales or related experience in SaaS, cloud, data, AI, or enterprise software solutions and technology.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience and proven success conducting customer-facing demos and presentations.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience working with and proven success selling into government (Federal, State, Local) and commercial customers.
- Must possess solid technical foundation with the ability to learn and explain software platforms, cloud services, or IT solutions.
- Must have experience and proven success selling to enterprise IT, operations, or digital transformation teams.
- Must possess familiarity with commercial/public sector markets, government procurement environments and mission-driven customers.
- Must have a solid understanding of Federal compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, security requirements)
- Must have prior experience supporting proposals, pilots, or proof-of-concept effort.
- Must have prior experience with outbound prospecting tools and familiarity with CRM platforms
- Must possess the ability to quickly learn technical concepts and explain them in business language.

- High level understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.

What you bring to the team
- 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment. Prior retail management experience, a plus.
- Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition and other healthy activities.
- Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
- Ability to work with large teams.

- Familiar with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.

THE ROLE
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Teleskope, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting large enterprise organizations. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting enterprise accounts
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue quotas
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and outbound efforts
- Expand Teleskope's enterprise customer base by winning new logos and developing key accounts
- Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize pipeline generation and messaging
- Accurately forecast deals and maintain pipeline discipline in HubSpot CRM
- Provide market and customer feedback to internal teams to influence product roadmap and strategy
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3+ years of experience as an Enterprise SaaS Account Executive managing the full sales cycle
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota (100%+ attainment), ideally in high-growth SaaS environments
- Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Experience selling into HR, IT, or employee experience markets strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in sourcing your own pipeline and winning new enterprise logos
- Excellent executive presence with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodology
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM a plus
