That 1 Painter Fort Bend County has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced In-Home Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer/prospect satisfaction, estimating job costs, closing new and repeat business, and achieving budgeted sales goals for your territory. This is accomplished through relentless follow-through and constant communication with prospects, clients, vendors, and partners, as well as daily in-person appointments with both customers and referral partners.
The basics of the role:
* Estimating in person and on-site (and virtually as needed) with prospects daily M-F and occasionally after-hours and weekends
* Recruit and manage subcontractors [Painting Crews] along with the Project Manager
* Accurately estimating labor/materials and submitting the quote to the customer within 24 hours of the appointment
* Following up with all quotes seven times within six months OR until approved/rejected
* Scheduling approved estimates in accordance with Management's process [will train]
* Collecting deposits before the start of each job
* Upselling clients on additional services
* Communicating with customers concerning colors, sheens, and other basic preparations before the job starts
* Attend home shows, commercial trade events, and other networking events and advertising opportunities as the primary representative of That 1 Painter Fort Bend County, as needed
* Constantly pursuing strategic relationships on behalf of That 1 Painter Fort Bend County, developing a referral network to generate leads, and utilizing all T1P processes & methodologies to aid the company in lead generation
* Utilize the T1P Sales process, tools, software, and other technologies to streamline the process for the customer and fellow team members alike

SUMMARY
The Sales Support Associate (SSA) is a critical inside-sales and operations support role responsible for managing key dealer interactions, government and cooperative contract programs, and sales reporting. The primary focus of this role is to support inbound dealer activity, contract administration, data management, and reporting accuracy - ensuring a high level of responsiveness and compliance across key accounts.
In addition, the SSA provides supplemental administrative, sales, and process support to the Regional Business Manager (RBM) team, enabling RBMs to focus on coaching, training, and strategic, high-impact dealer engagement. For success must possess expert level Excel and Power BI skills.
Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have the authorization to work in the USA without support.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealer & Inside Sales Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls and inquiries from key account dealers.
- Provide proactive, remote coverage for designated Key Account dealers, including monthly outbound touchpoints.
- Respond to dealer questions regarding pricing, availability, configurations, and contract eligibility.
- Act as a consistent inside-sales resource to reduce transactional workload on field sales teams.
Government & Cooperative Contract Management
- Manage relationships and ongoing requirements for Sourcewell and other governmental or cooperative purchasing contracts.
- Prepare, submit, and manage contract documentation, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain and manage contract pricing, respond to dealer inquiries related to contract terms, and ensure accurate communication of eligibility and usage.
- Support bid-related documentation and specifications as required.
Sales Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Enter, maintain, and manage sales, contract, and dealer data within Power BI and related reporting systems.
- Oversee EDA and AEM data collection, submission, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Consolidate and maintain reporting used to track dealer performance, contract activity, and sales initiatives.
- Provide standard and on request reporting to internal LGNA stakeholders and dealer networks as needed.
Sales Operations Support
- Verify completion and accuracy of required sales documentation, including purchase orders, demo agreements, consignment agreements, and SPAR requests.
- Track and manage the status of demo and consignment agreements.
- Maintain accurate and current dealer records in the sales portal and related systems.
Field Sales Enablement
- Generate quotes and support pricing and availability requests for RBMs while they are traveling as necessary.
- Serve as an internal call-center resource for RBMs regarding machines and work tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Katy branch parts team) to source parts availability and technical information.
- Consolidate machine configurations, work tool specifications (e.g., bucket widths, pin diameters), and availability data from across the organization.
- Maintain current work tool availability and pricing documentation.
Forecasting, Planning & Programs
- Consolidate the RBM team’s 12-month rolling forecast for leadership review.
- Run standard monthly dealer reports for RBMs to share with their dealers.
- Track sales initiatives, program progress, and performance outcomes.
- Manage Sourcewell, Core, and Canoe program submissions and reporting.
- Track NPI launch timelines and coordinate communication between RBMs, Product Management, and leadership.
Process Improvement
- Identify manual, duplicative, or inefficient reporting and administrative processes.
- Consolidate information sources and support development of simplified reporting tools or platforms.

Compensation range is $60K USD - $65K USD (DOE) + 10% bonus (nonexempt) plus OT

The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position's primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement, \"to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.\" Additionally, AIT and Assistant Managers perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities). Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (Hospice) to provide skilled nursing care to patients receiving end‑of‑life support in the home setting. The RN is responsible for delivering safe, high‑quality care aligned with the patient’s individualized plan of care, agency policies, and hospice standards. This role works closely with the interdisciplinary team to support both the patient and their family through a meaningful and dignified hospice journey.

This position will review the Customer specifications and related documentation and compare it to Company standards, using this comparison to provide an effective solution for the Customer.
The Application Engineer will also assist the Estimating and Purchasing groups in preparing detailed breakdowns of equipment costs.
This position will, from time to time, assist the Business Development and Sales departments with customer visits to discuss topics including Company product offerings, and solutions to Customer concerns.
The Application Engineer may also perform site visits to evaluate Customer needs or issues or to assist in Company product installation.
Responsibilities Applies knowledge of design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and material in pressure vessel and structural steel fabrication.
Select required equipment/products that are best suited for the customer’s needs and application.
Responsible for all technical aspects of product design and performs drawing review and approval.
Review customer specifications to ensure all aspects can be met or provide alternate options or exceptions as warranted.
Conduct ASME code calculations using Compress for pressure vessels to verify whether the design layout meets ASME Section VIII, Div.
I requirements.
Review and approve application, design, drawings, and calculations for Company structural equipment including noise abatement, mist elimination, gas deodorization, and emission control.
Review Customer specifications on structural equipment offerings to verify Regulatory requirements are met.
Use engineering knowledge to modify product designs to improve performance or meet specific projects constraints.
Assist in new product design and R&D efforts by using engineering knowledge and skills.
Communicate with customers through the Project Manager to ensure proper product selection and design.
Provide technical support to Sales team and Customers.
All other tasks as assigned.
Required ASME codes and standards (Section VIII, Div.
I) Pressure Vessel Design experience Compress Software experience.
Knowledgeable of safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing/fabrication facility.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The QA Manager supports and maintains the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) within
a high-volume print manufacturing environment. This role ensures production processes meet
customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards while driving continuous improvement
initiatives.
The position is responsible for assessing workflows, documenting and controlling Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs), training teams, and supporting implementation of standardized processes across
operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and support the plant Quality Management System in alignment with Momentara quality standards and internal quality objectives.
- Assess production workflows across sales, prepress, digital, offset, grand-format, finishing, fulfillment, and shipping operations to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop, update, and control SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate implementation of standardized procedures across departments.
- Conduct internal quality audits and assist with external customer audits.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and dashboards including spoilage, rework, defects, process derailers, etc.
- Analyze quality trends and present monthly performance reports to leadership.
- Lead or support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
- Collaborate with production leadership to reduce waste, improve throughput, and drive process consistency.
- Train employees and supervisors on SOPs, quality expectations, and process improvements.
- Monitor compliance on the production floor and provide coaching to reinforce standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Maintain document control and revision history within QMS systems.
- Direct customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis.
- Lead risk assessments (FMEA - Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) for new processes and product launches.
- Support new equipment or workflow
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred
- 5-8 years of quality or process coordination experience in print manufacturing or production environments.
- Experience working within ISO-based Quality Management Systems and/or six-sigmapreferred.
- Experience documenting SOPs and implementing standardized workflows.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodspreferred.
- Experience conducting internal audits or supporting certification audits preferred.
- Advanced Excel and data analytics experience.
- Familiarity with print manufacturing workflows including sales, prepress, press, bindery,finishing, and fulfillment, shipping and receiving operations.

As the Production Planner at Waaree Solar Americas, you will be instrumental in optimizing our manufacturing processes, sales to cash cycle, and ensuring seamless production scheduling to meet customer demand and operational targets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans that align with business objectives and support our growth trajectory. This position is full time on site and may require occasional travel to vendor locations.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute production plans and schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency, minimize lead times, and meet customer delivery requirements.
- Develop and maintain capacity models to be used in current planning, and future strategic planning
- Collaborate with sales, operations, procurement, and engineering teams to understand demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels to develop production plans that balance supply and demand.
- Utilize advanced planning tools and software to forecast production requirements, plan capacity, and allocate resources effectively.
- Analyze production data, including production output, cycle times, and equipment utilization, to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Coordinate with production teams to prioritize and schedule production orders based on customer requirements, production capacity, and resource availability.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM) preferred.
- 2 years proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations, preferably in a highly automated manufacturing environment or startup company.
- Strong understanding of production planning principles, lean manufacturing concepts, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools, such as ERP systems, MRP systems, and advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of SIOP processes, and LEAN manufacturing concepts for material flow.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- SAP experience is a plus.
