We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre and seeking a qualified Sales Representative that is focused on driving sales and service excellence to expand our Pure Barre community. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis and help create a supportive and meaningful community!

The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing unmated customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
  • Work front desk and retail area
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's goals and needs
  • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
  • Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
  • Follow up & follow through activities with prospective clients
  • Input inventory for retail clothing and other items
  • Attend and complete all relative training programs
  • Take pictures for social media platforms
  • Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will do:

  • As a Weekend Track RN, you will provide compassionate end-of-life care and symptom management to patients in their homes or facilities during weekend hours.
  • This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while working closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes RNs, LPNs, aides, physicians, social workers, chaplains, complementary therapists, and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit patients in homes, assisted living, nursing facilities, and inpatient settings.
  • Deliver symptom management and emotional support to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

What you will need:

  • Valid NYS RN license
  • Associate’s degree in nursing
  • 1 year RN experience required- preferably in home care or acute care
  • Previous hospice experience preferred but NOT required.
  • Flexibility to travel across county borders as needed.
  • Ability to navigate through several EMR platforms
  • Good communication skills.
  • Valid driver license in good standing and reliable vehicle

SUPPORTED BY A HOSPICE RN SUPERVISOR in the office 8am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday and an OnCall RN Supervisor after hours, so assistance and guidance is only a phone call away!

Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Admissions - Community Hospice

Seeking candidate to work 4 10 hour days

The Community Hospice has a rewarding opportunity for a full-time RN to work as a part of our Admissions Team in Hospice Home Care with cross training for admissions to other levels of care

What you will do:

The Hospice Admissions RN admits patients to home care hospice services

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the patient's community physician and our hospice medical directors to confirm eligibility for hospice services.
  • The workday includes two home care admissions to Hospice- Will go to patients' homes to complete the initial assessment of patient/family needs.
  • Begin implementation including ordering medications, medical equipment, supplies and support from our interdisciplinary team which includes social workers, chaplains, volunteers, complementary therapists, home health aides, and more!
  • Ensure a smooth hand-off to the Hospice Case Manager.
  • Corporate office is 445 New Karner Road-Albany NY with satellite offices in Catskill and Saratoga NY. Admissions are across 8 counties: Columbia, Greene, Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Saratoga, Washington. Your region is considered in patient assignment.

 What you will need:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
  • Associates Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred
  • 1 year experience as an RN required, 2 years RN experience with recent acute and/or hospice experience is preferred
  • Ability to navigate through several EMR platforms
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with community partners and work with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Reliable Vehicle and Driver's License

Training provided in end of life care.
